Another buzzing sound started up, and I was barely able to contain myself when she lowered another vibrator between her own legs and slid it into her shorts, moaning around me.

I reached out a trembling hand, fingers grabbing on to her hair once more. “Josie...” My voice was strained, laced in desperation.

She hummed in response, the sound vibrating down my length. The woman knew exactly what she was doing to me, and that realization alone was enough to make me lose it.

My breaths were coming out in pants, and my eyes squeezed shut as I tried to hold off on it all ending. Her mouth on me, the vibrator hitting me in all the right spots, and the sight and sounds of her pleasuring herself had me so close.

She clicked up the vibrator once more.

“Jo! Fuck!” Searing pleasure shot through me, and my world exploded around me in a burst of colors as I came. My body went rigid as my orgasm ripped through me in a deeper, more intense way than ever before.

She swallowed around me, her moans muffled as her own orgasm hit her. The buzzing inside me stopped, and her vibrator cut off a moment later.

Her body slumped against the bed beside me, her chest heaving. I just lay there, feeling like I’d ejaculated my soul out of my body.

Josie let out a satisfied sigh and rolled over, putting her head on my chest. “Well...that was fun.”

“No, that was fucking phenomenal.”

I sank down next to Josie on the outdoor couch, slipping an arm around her shoulders. She leaned into me, her head resting against my chest. I didn’t know about her, but I was destroyed from what we’d done earlier.

“Thank you.” Josie put a hand on my thigh and squeezed.

I pressed a kiss to her temple and lowered my voice. “Anytime you want to stick something in my ass, be my guest.”

She giggled. “I meant for Honeybun.”

“Oh.” I chuckled and watched as Delaney threw a ball for what seemed like the hundredth time. “You’re pretty convincing.”

“I know.” I could hear the smile in her voice. “But also, you had to be open to letting go...and you did. Both with the dog and with your asshole.”

“What can I say? I have a thing for bitches.” Joking with her like this was something I didn’t know could bring me such joy.

Josie, Delaney, and now Honeybun made my home and heart feel so much fuller than it ever had before. Our family was complete.

A lump formed in my throat, and I swallowed hard. “I’m going to go make us a pre-dinner snack.” Before she noticed that I was getting all emotional over the thought of her as part of my family, I got up and went into the house.

I grabbed the guacamole, salsa, and chips and set them on the counter, taking a deep breath to steady myself. My emotions had caught me off guard. This wasn’t like me at all, getting choked up over something as simple as spending time with my family.

The words echoed in my mind, and a lump formed in my throat again. I swallowed it down and shook my head. I needed to get a grip.

The intercom buzzed, jolting me from my thoughts. I reached for my phone in my back pocket before remembering I’d left it in my room to charge. Hurrying over to the intercom by the front door, I looked at the security camera screen and saw a delivery truck waiting outside the gate.

I hit the button. “Yes?”

“Delivery.” The driver’s voice crackled through the speaker.

My brows furrowed. I wasn’t expecting anything. “One moment, please.”

I buzzed the truck through the gate and watched on the monitor as it pulled up the driveway. What on earth could this be? I racked my brain but came up empty. Maybe Josie had ordered something. It wouldn’t surprise me, since she’d gotten a computer the other day.

As I opened the front door and stepped onto the porch, the driver was already climbing into the back of the truck. I walked over to see him putting a fifty-five-gallon barrel onto a hand truck.

“Uh, I didn’t order that.” I backed up as he got onto the platform and pressed a button that lowered it to the ground.

“This is 6532 Sterling Ridge?” The man looked at the number on the house, then back at his clipboard. “Care of Josie Hastings.”

“That’s correct.”
