Page 67 of Stuck On Them

“You won’t believe what Ryker just did.” Ethan was out of breath despite the reception area only being twenty feet from my office. He stood there for a moment like a runner at the end of a race, chest heaving.

“What the fuck did you do, sprint?” Luca paused the marketing video we were reviewing before we had to send it to a client. “He didn’t try to fire Paige again, did he?”

“Why would he do that? The man had the goofiest grin on his face after lunch when he found that cookie she left on his desk.” Ethan looked like he was about to swoon. “If only Paige were my type.”

“I’m glad because you’d be giving us a run for our money.” I sat back in my chair, trying to recall if Ethan had ever gone on an actual date in the time we’d known him, which was quite a few years. “When was the last time you went on a date?”

“The inventory lately is not up to my standards.” Ethan examined his nails. “Plus, men are assholes.”

Luca snorted. “You’re a man.”

“Exactly.” He stood up straight again, suddenly energized. “Back to why I came in here; Ryker left work early.”

I looked at the clock on my computer. “But it’s barely four.”

“I know! I asked him where he was headed since nothing was on his calendar, and he said he was done for the day.” Ethan smoothed out his tie. “Does him leaving mean I can head out?”

Luca laughed. “Nice try. Can you make sure Paige isn’t pulling her hair out over our to-do lists?”

He smirked. “I’ve checked on her a few times this afternoon. She is rocking it. I’m not sure about the last item on yours, though, Luca.”

I groaned. “Luca. What did you put?”

“That’s between me and Paige... and I guess Ethan now too.” Luca smirked.

Ethan cringed and shook his head with a laugh, heading for the door. “Some things I do not need to see and hear,” he said before shutting the door behind him.

“Maybe if he wasn’t so nosy he wouldn’t see and hear things he doesn’t want to.” Luca looked up from his computer screen. “What’s that look for?”

I steepled my fingers in front of my lips, tapping them there for a moment. “What did you put on your list for her?”

“Answer emails, lunch reservations with a client next week-”

“The last thing.”

Luca grinned and leaned back in his chair, kicking his feet up on the table. “We both know it wasn’t a business task.” He paused for a moment, letting the suspense build to my annoyance. “Take her panties off, sit on my desk, and wait for me.”

I fought the urge to throw something at Luca’s smug face. “This is a business, Luca. You’re her boss.”

He shrugged, unbothered by my reprimand. “You’re telling me that when she walked in this morning in that fucking dress you didn’t get hard and want to bend her over something right then and-”

“Don’t.” I picked up a stray paperclip and started flipping it between my fingers.

“Why? Is it making you hard thinking about her spread out on my desk, me feasting on that delicious pussy? I’d let you join, you know.” There was an unmistakable glint of desire in his eyes.

I shook my head, trying to clear it of the mental images that were flashing through my head. The truth was, it was all I could think about since she’d agreed to work for us. “I don’t think she would do it.”

“Do what? Have some fun at work or let us at the same time? Is that even something you’re open to?” Luca seemed to forget all about getting our work done so we could leave for the day.

Although we’d watched each other a few times before, we ultimately decided we liked watching Ryker better. We’d never broached the subject of threesomes or more. We all had a bit of possessiveness to us and the thought of a woman dividing her attentions wasn’t appealing.

But with Paige? Part of my pleasure was her pleasure.

I flicked the paper clip I’d been twirling at him, hitting him in the chest. “I’m open to it.”

Luca opened his mouth to say something, but both of our phones pinged at the same time.
