“I’m coming.” She reaches around my head and grips my hair, exposing one of her taut, pink nipples and I can’t resist leaning down and sucking at it. “Fuck, that feels good,” she groans as her pussy gets slicker, and pulses harder.

“Good girl, good fuckin’ girl.” I release her nipple and growl those words I know she loves to hear.

“Fuck, baby.” I grip her thigh as I hold myself as deep as I can get, and fill her pussy with more of my seed. “Thank you.” I kiss her shoulder and grip her tight as I catch my breath.

“For what?” she asks.

“For fuckin’ everything.”

“A wedding, in less than twenty-four hours?” Kendra looks at me and Mads as if we’re crazy.

“That's right. Now, my girl here ain’t doing no lifting or stretching but she is gonna ensure that this barn looks wedding-ready. I’m gonna give you four of my men and the pair of you are gonna instruct them on what you want, and where you want it.” I give her very clear instruction, knowing that Maddison will have to be involved in the decorating, somehow.

“Who am I getting?” Kendra asks.

“Does it matter?” I swipe back, already knowing she’s got Tyler and Kyle tripping over their spurs for her. There’s only one way two men goin’ after the same girl can go…and that's south.

“Of course, it matters. We need someone with class and creativity,” Kendra informs me.

“Well, good luck finding that around here.” Taylor pushes herself off the beam where she’s been resting. “What's my job?” She looks keen to help.

“You, you’re on invitations. I want the whole town here to see me marry my girl.” I look down to wear Maddison’s sitting and she smiles up at me dreamily when I take her hand. “Now, I'm figuring your best bet is to head into the diner and just tell Jean everything that's going on. Leave her to do the rest.” Taylor salutes me as she heads off toward her car.

“Baby Momma, I’m gonna have to leave you to keep everyone in line.” I crouch down to the hay bale she’s resting on. “Don’t over-exert yourself, or I will have Grayson tie you down. I want that baby right where he is when I get back.”

“Get back from where?” She suddenly looks alarmed.

“From Denver.”

“Denver?” Her eyes double in size. “Jace, that's a four-hour drive, what if I go into la–”

“Relax, I messaged Eli and he’s gonna let me use his chopper.” Kendra makes an inappropriate giggle that I choose to ignore.

“Wait, Eli has a chopper?” Maddison checks, sending her friend into hysterics again.

“He’s got more money than sense, that’s what he’s got. But also got his pilot’s license last week and a way to get me there and back fast.” I shrug as I prepare to leave.

“Wait, how you're going to get there isn’t important. Why the hell are you going in the first place?” She looks so pretty and confused.

“Because…” I crouch down to her one more time, “...I know how much having your parents here means to you, which means I’m gonna ensure that they are.” She flutters her lashes as her eyes start to fill with tears. “And what if they won’t?” She looks scared.

“Then I’ll just have to drag ‘em here.” I kiss her forehead and head to my truck before she can argue.

Up until I met Maddison MacKenzie, I didn’t know what nervous felt like. Life takes on a whole new meaning when it’s not just you that you have to worry about. I’ve never cared much about what other people think of me but standing on the front door of Roger and Mary MacKenzie’s mansion, I care a whole fuckin’ lot and I’m real fuckin’ nervous.

“You must be Jace?” The middle-aged woman, whose hair is scraped up into a bun, smiles at me warmly as she lets me inside.

“Stella?” I check, knowing that Maddison keeps in regular contact with her old housemaid. She would have called ahead to warn her that I was on my way.

“I take it the MacKenzies are expecting me?” I take off my hat and pull down the cuffs of my shirt. I shoulda changed it but I figured the sooner I got here, the sooner I could get back. Any time spent away from my girl right now is a risk, but this is a message that needs to be delivered in person.

“No, I thought I’d leave it as a surprise.” She smirks at me, as she guides me through the house toward Roger’s office. “Mrs MacKenzie is upstairs, I’ll head up and tell her she has a visitor.” She leaves me in front of the door and I take a long inhale before I knock.

“Come in.” His voice sounds harsh and irritable but I don’t let it put me off. I’m here to get my girl what she needs and nothing is going to prevent me from getting it.

“Mr MacKenzie.” I step inside and watch his face fall when he sees me. “I’m sorry to intrude on you like this, unannounced, but I’d very much like to talk to ya.” His eyes turn to slits as hewatches me step closer and rest my hat on his desk. He doesn’t offer me a seat, just stares right through me.

“Well, let's hear it.” He crosses his arms impatiently and when the door behind me bursts open, I brace myself when I hear Mary’s heels clipping against the wood floor.
