Hearing his voice, my body stepped up a notch and I followed the path I was being led down. The pleasure coursing through my body was indescribable. As the rain slowed to a gentle shower my fingers carried my body on, until I reached an edge of pleasure and emotion.

‘Dante!’ From outside of my body, I caught the way his name left my mouth on a scream as the ultimate pleasure took hold, my body convulsed and all I could see was the flashes of white lightening behind my eyes.

‘I’m coming with you, Giovanna.’

Finally, my eyes opened wide as the last of thunder rumbled overhead.

‘FUCK!’ I heard him let go of a strangled cry as his orgasm crashed through him.

With one last resonating crash of thunder in the distance the storm left the bay.

‘Are you okay?’ he asked with concern etching his tone.

‘I think so.’ I smiled back and sat my aching body up, before once again checking no one was watching me. When I found nothing, I stood and made my way on tentative feet back to my room.

‘I’ve always enjoyed a storm… but that, love, was something else. I don’t think I’ve ever come so hard in my life.’ His warm laugh found me.

‘Storms can do that. They can take you away.’

‘Do you like storms, Giovanna?’

‘Yes.’

‘Tell me why? Share something with me,’ he gently enquired.

‘Because everyone and everything needs to scream sometimes,’ I answered, pulling my terrace door shut and sending the bolts home.

‘I heard you scream my name, amore mio.’ His voice was deepening again. Even I recognised the lust held in its tone.

‘Oh.’ Embarrassment got hold of me.

‘Don’t be embarrassed with me, Giovanna. I want to hear that at least once a day for the rest of my life.’

‘I want that too,’ I admitted. ‘But, how…?’

‘We need to get away from here. Do you trust me?’

‘Yes.’

‘I’ll come up with a plan to make that happen.’

‘But you need to be here… with Mia and getting Enzo.’

‘Mia is home, and the net is closing on Enzo. That will all conclude, with or without me.’

‘Do you think we really could get away?’

‘Yes, I do. What about you leaving your grandfather?’

‘I’m not allowed to see him; those are his wishes. Me being here, wandering these rooms, won’t help him pass, will it?’

‘No,’ he agreed.

‘Because if it would, then I would stay no matter what anyone else wanted… Let me know what to do and when, and I’ll do it.’ I spoke the words and meant every syllable.

‘Good girl. Now get into bed and sleep. And when you dream, dream of me.’

‘Always.’
