I trail off as we enter the cafeteria and I spy said little sister waiting in the coffee line. Pushing past the line of students, Law and I crowd East.

Before I can say anything, she lets out an exaggerated sigh.

"Only three people in this school have the power to hush an entire cafeteria full of students merely by entering it. What can I do for you, brother?"

She quirks her head in my direction without looking.

"I forbid you from seeing Roe," I growl.

East laughs and turns to face me.

"Cute," she says. "Really, great effort on your part, West."

"And?" I ask, trying to reign in my ever-growing temper.

"And what?" she sasses.

Goddamn this girl!If she were not my sister, I would be teaching her a lesson myself. As it stands…

"Tell me you will stay away from her, East.”

"Order up for East!" the barrister calls.

East approaches the counter and collects the two coffees offered to her.

Walking back past me, she pauses long enough to say, "Sorry, West. You are not the boss of me," before she skips out of the room like the brat she is.

Law whistles.

"Well," he says, "You've got some trouble on your hands now, mate."

I punch him in the shoulder and approach the counter, snatching the latest hot Styrofoam cup off the counter before the dude behind it can call out the order. He rolls his eyes and gets to work, remaking whoever's order I took.

"I'll take one of those too," Law hollers. The barrister nods without looking up. Smart lad.

Leaving Law to wait on his coffee, I make my way over to where Brett is sitting, phone in his hand, at the back table. We chose our table to keep an eye over our reign, so to speak, in the back corner with the sunlight streaming through. We can see everyone and everyone can see us.

"What's up?" I ask.

"Just settling the final details for the back-to-school party," Brett shrugs. "Skoolz Owtjust confirmed."

Skoolz Owtwas the latest up-and-coming boy rock band after winning some recent TV talent show. Their music was alright, nothing to squirt in your panties over, though.

"My parents leave Thursday for their little vacation," Law adds, dragging out the seat on Brett's other side. "The staff have been instructed to start the set up immediately after their departure."

Law's parents were mostly absent. His mother was always scouting for their next destination, and Law's father's businesses did not need him to be present to keep things running. As long as he poked his head in every now and then, his employees wouldn't get lazy.

The man knows how to live, that is for sure.

"Good," I say, taking a sip. "Now, we need to make sure Roe is invited and that we can get her alone. Teach her how things are done here."

Brett nods while Law gazes into the distance with an excited smirk on his face, ideas flashing before his eyes. Ideas were flashing behind my own eyes, too. Of Roe bent over the pool table, legs spread, while I plowed into her from behind.

Fuck. I need to fuck this chick out of my system.

Before I lost myself.
