Crazy as hell.

They both are.

Prince drops kisses down my throat, then lowers his mouth to chase the curves of my shoulder blades down my back. His fingers dig into the swell of my ass cheeks, and he lets out a moan. “Look at that beautiful ass leaking with my come. It’s a shame to clean it.”

Ringo tosses him a towel. “Too bad, huh? You know how I hate come stains in my bed.”

“Hmm.Come stains,” Prince mouths against my back dimple. Then I feel the warmth of the towel as he starts cleaning. When he’s finished, he gets out of bed, and I see a few blond locks stick to his sweaty forehead.

From fucking me.

I’m no longer a virgin. The thought is…yeah. I’m not sure yet what to think of that. My ass still hurts.

“I have questions,” I murmur as I watch Prince stride around the room in all his glorious nakedness. He puts on another record, and the room fills with a Christmas carol. The kitchen has a bar where a large coffee machine sits between two plants, and lights fall out of the ceiling, held by cords. It all looks very urban.

It all looks like I could still be dreaming.

“I have a question, too.” Prince walks back with a bottle of water and two glasses. When he opens the lid, he points his chin toward the camera. “That poor girl is still there.”

“Poor.” Ringo snorts. “Didn’t yourfriendsagree with you writing that entire paper?”

My chin drops. “What—how do you know?”

Ringo puts an arm around me and squeezes me closer, using his feet to draw the sheets over our knees. We both take the drink Prince offers. “We know everything.” He winks at me.

“Now, what to do with—” Prince grabs the remote control, and the large flat screen comes on.

Lea is still sitting inside the isolation room. Her knees are pulled to her chest, squeezing her lithe frame close. She’s crying.

I shake my head. “That—that really makes me feel like shit.”

“Why?” Ringo asks. “She has allowed others to use you. She’s no friend.”

“A friend.” Prince snorts. “You don’t even know what that is.” He winks at me. “My brother’s crazy.” Dodging a thrown cushion that almost spills his water, he laughs. “What! You know I’m right.”

Ringo snarls. “Maybe. But I can tell when someone’s not honest. They hang out with you because you’re smart, flower. Well, guess what? Tonight, you outsmarted them. Now you get to choose.”

“No.” I take a sip from my drink. My throat feels dry. “She goes free. I don’t want her to get hurt.” The thought makes my chest tighten. “That’s what you’d do, right? You’d hurt her?”

“Perhaps not when I have a faculty Christmas party to attend the next day.” Ringo’s chuckle blooms into a full laugh, making Prince roll his eyes. “Unless you want me to, flower?”

I shake my head. I won’t ask how they know about the party, but it’s not exactly a secret either. It’s advertised everywhere in student spaces. “No, we let her go. She’s been spooked enough.”

“Boring,” Ringo whispers, then kisses the tip of my nose. “But predictable. Alright.” He presses a button, and through the screen, I hear a click.

Lea looks up, eyes glassy with tears. Her lips open as she eyes the door that’s slowly opening.

“Fuck, she must be terrified,” I mumble. I still can’t get my head around all of this.

We’ve only been here for a few hours, but it feels like I’ve been here forever.

Lea gets up from the bed and checks the door suspiciously.

“If you want, we can talk through the cameras and let her know to get the fuck out?” Ringo says..

I shiver, goosebumps rising, but shake my head. “You’d scare the living shit out of her.”

Prince chuckles and settles onto the bed on my other side, drinking straight from the bottle.
