“Dominic, please. Don’t hurt him—”

I silenced her with a kiss. “Once this is taken care of, our lives will be better. Sins don’t go unpunished. Even our sins. Sleep. I’ll make sure we’re back when you wake up.”

She looked to Fallon as I straightened.

“I’ll be fine, princess. I want this. I want to be with my family, and if Dom says I get to come back to you and our babies, I’ll do it. Whatever it is.” He pushed her gently onto her back. “Now do what you’re told and rest. For our babies. For me and Dom. For you. I’ll see you when you wake.”

“Fallon—”

“I love you, Bianca,” he whispered. “So fucking much. Sleep, my love.” He kissed her.

Typically, him being even close to her would set me off in some way, but it wasn’t so bad anymore.

It wouldn’t change what I planned on doing to him though.

“Doyou want us to stop anything?” Enzo asked as we stood in his basement. The horsemen, the kings, Stefan, Trent, and Drake were there. Anson had arrived earlier and whisked Rosalie away for a practice, and Bianca was sleeping peacefully. I was sure Stefan said Natalia was taking a bubble bath and had no clue what was about to happen to her brother.

“No, this needs to happen,” I said tightly as Fallon sat on a chair in the center of the room with his head bowed.

“OK.” Enzo clapped me on the shoulder. “I trust you know what you’re doing.”

I nodded as he backed away from me.

I approached Fallon, who looked up at me. His eyes were red, and his leg bounced.

Vin and Levin stepped forward to stand on either side of me as everyone made a circle around us.

“Fallon Vasiliev,” I said, staring down at him. “You fucked up.”

He visibly swallowed as he gazed up at us.

“You took Bianca from us. You made us believe she was dead. You made her believe we didn’t want her anymore. You endangered her life,” I continued. “You endangered mine.”

His bottom lip wobbled, but he remained silent.

“Do you want to come back as a king?” I breathed out.

“Yes,” he answered, his voice strong.

“Do you want to come back to your family?”

“Yes,” his voice was fierce.

“Do you understand the price is your blood?”

“Yes.”

I nodded. “Once we bring you into our circle, if you fuck up, the penalty is death. It doesn’t fucking matter if you love Bianca and the babies or if they love you. Fuck up, and we will end your life. Do you understand?”

“I understand.”

“So be it.” I nodded to Fox and Cole, who moved behind Fallon. They grabbed each of his arms, moved him to his feet, and held him.

He stared back at me, so much remorse and sadness on his face it twisted my guts.

But this was the price you paid in our world when you fucked up.

I caught Drake’s eye as he stared me down. If he didn’t stop his shit with looking at my queen, he was fucking next.
