I had to tamp down a smile. “You’re really bold, you know that?”

He pecked a kiss on my cheek. “Do you not prefer me that way?”

I squirmed atop his legs. “I prefer a more comfortable seat.”

“Then you shall have it.”

Will lifted me into his arms and carried me toward the hall. I frowned at him. “What are you doing? Let me down!”

“We’ll be in the bath if you need anything,” Will called to our hostess.

Alisa stuck her head out of the kitchen. “Mind you not to splash about too much! The flowers are not fond of the hot water!”

Will slipped us out through the rear door without reply and I inhaled the sweet scent of the flowers of which Alisa cared so much about. I was carried over to the bath and set down on my feet. Will began to undress himself and habit made me blush and spin around so my back faced him.

I heard him step up to me and he set his hands on my shoulders. His soft voice wafted over my ear. “Aren’t you joining me?”

My red cheeks felt like they were on fire. “You’re really getting bold, you know that?”

He leaned down and his lips brushed against my cheek. “Do you not like that?”

A warm shiver ran through me and I took a quick breath before I answered. “A-aren’t we supposed to be taking a bath?”

Will chuckled as one of his hands slid down my side and wrapped around my own hand. “We are, aren’t we? Did you want to go first?”

I swallowed the growing lump in my throat. “S-sure.”

I regretted when he drew his hand away from mine. “Then I’ll sit on the bench and wait for you.”

He passed me and took a seat on the bench. Facing me. I crossed my arms over my chest and frowned at him. “Aren’t you forgetting something?”

Will shook his head. “I don’t believe I-oh. I am.” He stood and walked over to me where he plucked his shirt from the ground. Will lifted the clothing in front of my face and grinned. “My shirt.” He took up his place on the bench. Still facing me.

I tapped my foot on the ground and spun one of my fingers pointed downward in a circle. “Turn around.”

Will sighed but obliged me. “You are rather shy for someone who’s seen me naked several times before.”

“Yeah, well, we’re at a different place now,” I replied as I quickly shed my clothing.

I used a small step stool to climb into the tub. A sigh escaped my lips the moment my body hit the warm water. I sank to the bottom and leaned my back against the frame. The surface bobbed against the top of my breasts and I closed my eyes as the steam floated around me, soothing my muscles.

A soft padding of feet on the wooden step stool told me something was up. I opened my eyes in time to watch Will dip his leg into the water. A yelp escaped me and I scurried away to give him room.

Will splashed into the water and sighed as well. He floated against the opposite wall of the tub and smiled at me. “Do you mind some company? I’m rather filthy myself.”

My cheeks were bright red and I tried not to look too closely at his exposed chest. “I-it’s fine.”

“What’s fine?” he teased as his eyes danced with mischief.

I swallowed the lump in my throat. “E-everything’s fine.”

He stretched out an arm and grasped my hand. “Join me.”

I didn’t have much choice as he tugged me over to him. My back floated against the wall of the tub beside him and he looped his arm around my waist to keep me from moving away. His hand was dangerously close to my naked breast.

“Comfortable?” he teased.

I squirmed in his grasp and a low growl emanated from his throat. I froze and whipped my head up. Will drew me closer against his side and his bright eyes studied me with hunger. My breast pressed against his muscled chest and a soft gasp came out of me.
