Page 35 of Taylor

This was one of the best Christmas days Taylor could remember. Yes, he loved his Christmas back home with his mom in Nova Scotia, but spending this time with Alice was something else altogether. They were curled up on the couch, and he was playing his favorite video game from his childhood while she sketched.

This was perfect. He had never been around someone this easy to be around this fast. He guarded his alone time, but time with Alice was even better than time alone.

That thought had been knocking around in his head all day. There would be complications when they left this cabin. It would be in the middle of hockey season, which took every bit of his focus. He was either on the ice or recovering from it. Some guys could balance a healthy social life and other commitments. Sadly, he wasn’t one of them. His sensory needs demanded he had down time, and that was hard to find during the season.

That alone was enough to make this untenable, but when you added the fact that she was his coach’s daughter, it felt completely out of the realm of possibility. But as he looked at her in the cutest Christmas pj’s he’d ever seen, her rainbow hair pulled up in a bun, the illogical part of him thought it just might be time to give it a go. He hadn’t decided which part to give over to yet, but he still had a few days.

“What are you working on?” he asked, giving her toes a little shake.

She clutched the book to her chest. “I’m not showing you!”

He couldn’t help it. He pounced on her, tickling her side. “Show me.”

She tried to fight him off as best as she could, laughing.

“Stop, stop!” she called out. “I’ll show you when I’m done.”

He stopped. “When you’re done?”

She nodded. “When I’m done.”

The tickling was over, but he was still laying on the couch between her legs, so he took this opportunity to kiss her. She opened to him instantly, and he got lost in another sweet Alice kiss. The day had been full of sweet Alice kisses, and he adored it. He adored her.

Alice pulled back, sat her sketchbook face down on the coffee table, and made her way into the kitchen. He was tempted to peek at what she’d been drawing all day, but he could wait until she showed him.

“Do you want anything to drink?” she called from the kitchen.

“Nope, I’m good,” he said as he unpaused his video game.

He had spent hours and hours of his childhood dissociating into this game. Whether it was after a hard day at school or a game, these games tended to turn off parts of his brain like nothing else. He hadn’t played this game in a long time, and itjust added to the magic of this sexy little holiday stuck in the cabin with Alice.

Alice came out, carrying a mug of something, tea or hot chocolate. But she also brought a big bowl of popcorn. Upon further inspection, he saw M&M’s in there again with other things.

“What do we got going on here?” he asked as he surveyed the bowl. “It looks like we have M&M’s.”

“Of course.”

“Are these Snow Caps?” he said, raising one of the chocolate lumps with little white dots.

“Yep!”

“And what are these?” He pulled out what looked like a pretzel ball.

“Try it.”

He looked at her skeptically.

While he wasn’t a picky eater per se, he definitely wasn’t a fan of surprising textures. But as he looked at it, it didn’t seem too bad. So, he popped it in his mouth. It had the crunch of a pretzel, but it was chewy in the middle. It was good.

“What are those?” he asked, looking around in the popcorn for another.

“Those are caramel pretzel balls. One of the candy shops in town makes them. I only ever get them when I’m here at the cabin, and I love them,” she said, digging for one herself.

The saltiness of the pretzel and the sweet chew of the caramel was amazing.

“These are good,” he said, then popped another in his mouth.

Alice hopped off the couch, and Taylor couldn’t help but take in her round ass as she made her way into the kitchen. They hadn’t done much today except kiss, but he was hoping she would be up for more later. Even though he had an idea, hedidn’t really know how to bring it up, but he had a feeling she was feeling it, too.
