Before I could delve too deep into the thought, Henry spoke up.

"Me? I was just an outright shit because I'd fallen. Fallen to save a woman from a beast, only to find out she had been the one to tempt him in the first place. I felt cheated out of my life. It took these two idiots to show me that before I fell, I didn't have much of a life, anyway."

He smiled at me, his affection for his brothers-in-arms clear in his expression as well as tone.

"So, what do you guys do now? I mean, you know what I do..." I asked, wiggling even deeper into Karel's embrace.

"A little bit of this and that," Lang responded. "I'm kind of like a gun for hire. Protection, rescues, contracts, that kind of thing." He shrugs as if it's no huge deal, but I can see he's carefully watching my expression for a reaction. I don't know what he was expecting, as I took lives for a living.

"Henry likes to dabble in anything technology related. You wouldn't think it with those sausages for fingers, but he's a master hacker and has made us all fortunes on the stock markets. Or when he gets really bored, he'll join me on one of my jobs." Lang continues to share, looking between his two friends.

"And you?" I ask, tipping up my head so I could look at Karel.

"Me?" he asked me, his face brightening with a naughty smile. "Well, I own a string of sex clubs. The one we found you in, beingone of them. A couple of years ago, we realised we wanted to settle down. And to do that we needed to find our Little girl. So I decided the best way to do that would be to open up a club."

I giggled at his response before pushing up so my lips could brush his in a soft kiss. "Well it seems to have worked for you. But your quest for a Little girl better be over now," I warned with a sudden onset of possessiveness.

"Oh Little Fluff. Without a doubt. Besides, I have a feeling that with you, our hands will be full enough."

Chapter twelve

The Swim

"So..." I said, drawing out the word after a long pause. "What do you guys want to do today?"

The men around me chuckled, Karel's chest vibrating with his mirth.

"Well," Lang said, drawing my focus back to him. "We were thinking we could take you out to Karel's house. He has a small boat for me and Henry to use. That way you can meet his Kraken. And if we stay out until after dark, I can shift and take you for a ride in the sky?"

My heart skipped a beat, excitement bubbling up inside me at the thought. "Really?" My voice came out higher than usual, practically vibrating with enthusiasm.

Lang chuckled, clearly enjoying my reaction. "Of course, Little Bunny. I think it's time you experience all of us in our natural forms."

Henry's deep, quiet voice joined in. "And maybe after that, we'll see about making you dinner. Assuming we don't getdistracted by certainotheractivities..." His lips curved into a teasing smirk as his eyes flickered with heat.

I giggled, feeling warmth flood my cheeks at his implication, but my excitement for the day outweighed my shyness. "Meeting a real life krakenandflying with a dragon? That sounds like the best day ever!"

Karel shifted beneath me, his hand moving to gently cup my cheek. "We'll make sure you're safe, Little Fluff," he murmured softly, his deep voice filled with affection. "I know this will be new for you, but we'll take it slow. You can trust us."

"I do trust you," I whispered back, leaning into his touch. The sense of belonging I felt for these men is overwhelming, and the idea of exploring even more of their world makes me feel both excited and nervous. And the thought of exploring more of them? More of their bodies? That just downright made me hot and horny.

Lang stood up from his chair, stretching with a satisfied sigh. "Then it's settled. We'll head out after a decent breakfast. Karel's house isn't far from here, and the boat's already prepped."

Henry rose as well, giving a nod. "I'll get the food going. You're going to need your energy today."

The anticipation thrummed in my veins as I sat up, watching them move around the room with ease, their movements so familiar with one another—like pieces of a puzzle fitting together. It made me smile, knowing they've included me into their perfectly choreographed dance.

As Henry prepared breakfast, and a small picnic lunch for the boat, Lang sat back down, drawing me onto his lap, his strong arms wrapping around me protectively. "Are you ready for this, Little Bunny? We don't want to overwhelm you."

I nodded, unable to stop grinning. "I'msoready. I want to see everything."

Lang chucked softly, pressing a kiss to the top of my head. "You're braver than you know."

As the morning sun filtered through the windows, casting a warm glow over the room, I realized just how right all this felt. I couldn't wait to see where the rest of the day took us.

Lang had driven ahead on his motorbike—something I couldn't wait to get a ride on—and by the time we got there in Karel's fancy black car, Lang was already bustling about on the boat. When we made it to the jetty, Lang made a big production of grabbing a life jacket and checking it over before putting it on me. His hands, though gentle, were firm as he buckled the straps, tugging on the clasps to make sure everything was in place. He even tested it by pulling me back into his chest, eliciting a surprised yelp from me.

"There," he said, satisfied with himself. "All safe and sound. Wouldn't want our bunny falling into the ocean and drowning now, would we?"
