“Eve, we love you.”

I squeeze Griffin’s arm so he knows he’s included. “I love you too.”

“You have brought a light into our lives that I never thought could be possible,” Griffin says as he guides me so I can see both of them.

Cole pulls a small jewelry box from behind him that he’s been hiding. “I know it hasn’t been long, but I’m positive meeting you was fate. You’ve completed our family like no one else could.”

Tears sting my eyes at his sincerity.

“Baby Girl, if you’ll have us, we want to spend the rest of our lives with you. Be a family. Forever.”

I’m already nodding before he finishes speaking.

Cole takes my hand gently and slides a simple gold band around my finger. “Legally, we can’t all be married, but we’ll know. This ring symbolizes my love for you. That it’ll never waver.”

My eyes are glued to the golden glint of the metal.

Griffin clears his throat, holding out his own band. “If you’ll have me, wear this so everyone knows you’re taken.”

“Yes.” He guides the ring over my knuckle, fitting perfectly against Cole’s.

I swallow hard. “I just wish I had something to give you.”

“I hope you don’t mind. I took the liberty of purchasing matching rings for me and Griffin.”

I smile at him. He’s always one step ahead of me. I take the rings from him and slide one on each of their ring fingers while professing my love for each of them.

Tears pool before overflowing my lashes, running down my cheeks.

“Thank you. Thank you for loving me. Thank you for saving me. Thank you for giving me the family I never knew I could have.”

Both men lean in and kiss meand say together as if they practiced, “Always and forever.”
