The house is quiet, soft music flows from my speaker. Bella is down for the night, and Maverick escaped to his room to pack leaving me to entertain myself.

I’m snuggled up with my e-reader to finish the wolf-shifter, second chance romance novel I’ve been reading before I call it a night. It’s fast-paced, fun, and I think I’m in love with Artemis just as much as Jay is. My phone pings from my nightstand and I see I’ve got a message from Sin in our group chat.
