“Hello?” Sydney’s voice rings out.
“What is she doing here?” Deer’s eyes widen.
“Her flight must have gotten in,” I whisper back.
“Yes, but why is she atmydoor?”
“I don’t know.”
“Jackson. I can’t answer the door looking likethis.” She tugs her hands free and gestures to the white cum all over her chest as her voice pitches higher.
“Fuck. I’ll grab something.”
I’m halfway off the bed when Sydney calls out, “I know you’re both in there.”
My foot gets caught in the sheet and I barely manage to get my hand out in time to stop myself from completely eating shit. I brace myself on the wall and look back at Deer who is scuttling off the bed.
“How does she know that?”
“It’s Sydney. What doesn’t she know?”
“Oh my Gods,” she whines.
I place a kiss on her forehead. “It’s fine. Hop in the shower. I’ll deal with her.”
“But—”
“Shoo.” I give her ass a tap before reaching down for my briefs and hopping into them as I make my way through the hotel suite.
I hear the shower turn on just as I get to the door. With a deep breath, I pull it open.
The grumpy blonde publicist is furiously tapping on her phone. Her eyes flick up before quickly falling to take in my lack of clothing. She brings a hand to rest on the space between her brows, massaging it. “Seriously?”
“’Sup.” I rest my arm against the doorframe and give her a chin nod.
“Oh my God,” she groans. “What is this?” Sydney waves the hand holding her phone at my chest before pushing past me into the suite.
I shut the door behind her.
“Deer said you approved.”
“Of youfakedating,” she hisses. “Nakedness does not seem very fake. You know what? This is my fault. I should’ve seen this coming.” She paces back and forth, tapping the back of her phone against her palm.
“How’d you know I was here?”
“The security team saw you enter last night.”
“Right.”
“And then you never left.”
“Riiight.”
“Where’s Deer?”
“Shower.”
She lets out a sigh. “So, what’s going on? Are you still fake dating? Is this real dating? Do I need to get out a statement? Lay it on me.”
