If Reilly weren’t already trying to find his mate and the hunters, I would ask for his help. However, he has enough on his plate. I will find this water spirit and return it back to the afterlife where it should remain.

“What are you doing here?” Billy asks as she climbs into her car.

I found the vehicle parked behind some buildings in the city. Feeling that the hood was still warm, I climbed inside to wait. This desire coursing through me almost feels like the bond fever all over again.

“Have you not missed me, pretty one?”

“Maybe, but I didn’t expect to find you sitting in my car. I thought you would meet back up with me at the clubhouse since Dracon is with me.”

“Dracon, you can leave,”I mind-link.

“How did things go? Did you find the water spirit or whatever it was?”

“I need you. Your shift is over. Let’s go,” I command.

“Ardan,”she drags out.

“Don’t argue, Billy. I can smell your arousal. You want exactly what I need to give you.”

I don’t wait for her to protest. Instead, I use magic to transport us to the garage of the clubhouse. She sits staring at me for a moment, then turns the engine off.

I climb from the vehicle and round it to open her door. Billy steps out and looks up at me with concern in her eyes. In such a short time, we have grown to understand each other so much.

I can hide my feelings from her, but she has still learned to read me and my moods. Her expression tells me she understands that it’s been one of those days. Magic doesn’t fix everything.

“Do you want to tell me why you have brought me here in such a rush? I’ve driven home any other night. What’s the rush?” she asks as she stands before me.

I answer her by crushing my lips to hers in a hungry kiss. My head seems like it fogs over as I get lost in the kiss. I deepen it, desperate for more of her.

Losing patience, I teleport us to our room. She clings to my hair and returns the kiss eagerly. There is a pulsing within me as if I need to release the pressure building.

I break the kiss and shake my head to clear it. Billy shrugs from her jacket and tosses it to the floor. I forget trying to figure out what’s come over me and rush to cup her face and devour her again.

She tastes amazing. I groan into her mouth and stroke my tongue against hers. Because I know how much she likes it, I release my true breath as I grasp hold of her ass.

We are in the bedroom in the next thought. However, I don’t take us to bed. Before I have time to get too lost in my thoughts, I cause our clothes to vanish. As I hold her to me, I fall back into the pool, not breaking the kiss.

Billy

I’m so caughtup in the kiss, I don’t register the falling feeling until we hit the water. However, I don’t panic. Instead, I allow him to continue to consume me.

Ardan breaks the surface of the water as he stands in the pool and brings me to wrap around his waist. My back hits the wall of the pool and he growls as he moves his lips to my neck.

“Ardan,” I gasp as he pushes into me.

He lifts his head to look me in the eyes. There is something different in his gaze. Something I’ve never sensed there.

He continues to thrust into me, causing my toes to curl. I cup his face and communicate with my eyes that I want him to turn so his back is facing the wall. He nods in understanding and shifts us.

I use my magic to create footholds in the wall of the pool for leverage. Once I have my footing, I place my hands on his shoulders and go to town on his dick. I rock and roll my hips as I ride him.

Enjoying the ride, I throw my head back and open my mouth on a silent scream of pleasure. Water splashes around us as I continue to ride the shit out of him.

“Fuck,” he growls.

He has a tight hold on my ass as he tries to control my movements, but I’m not allowing him to take control. I drop my head to look in his face and the pleasure there is too great for me to stop now.

There’s this coiling in my core that I’ve never felt before. This climax is going to be off the charts. Just as I start to convulse, Ardan shifts our position again.
