“I’m going to make you hard in just a minute without even touching you,” I say with false confidence.

“I’m going to pity you and make it three minutes.”

“I don’t need three, but sure,” I reply. “When I win, you have to spend a whole day with me. Doing whatever I want. Twenty-four whole hours, no cheating.”

Surprise flashes in his eyes for a second, followed by suspicion.

“And when you lose, you have to go home and be a good little girl. No more parties and clubs and no more barging into my home and office. If I hear a single report that you’ve been spotted somewhere you shouldn’t be, I’ll tan your ass.”

My face becomes hot, and I’m sure my cheeks are the colors of tomatoes. “Deal. It’s a good thing that I’m certain I’m going to win. I’d really hate not running into you at the strip club.”

He growls at me in annoyance, but I only giggle. “Do I have your word? I trust you’re a man of your word, and we don’t need to call our lawyers.”

“You have my word.”

I have him right where I want him. I can’t believe I’ve just managed to reel the great Giovanni Lombardi in. Hook, line, and sinker.

I turn away to hide my smile of delight.

CHAPTER 6

Giovanni

For someone with such an innocent face, she sure has the evilest expressions. Something about it is so hot, though. She’s almost like a puzzle.

There’s something very innocent and yet fiendish about her, like sin wrapped in a white, fluffy blanket. I’ve never wanted anyone the way I want Aurora—my best friend’s sister—who is completely off-limits and yet so irresistible.

When I pull the car to a stop again, she opens the car door and begins to climb out.

“Where are you going?” I ask in confusion.

She looks at me, her eyes sparkling with mischief. “You didn’t think I was going to seduce you in here, did you? I need space to work.”

She climbs out and catwalks a few steps away from the car. I watch the way her dress clings to her figure and the hypnotizing swing of her hips.

I step out of the car after her and lean against the front of it. We’re very much out in the open, and even though it’s usually avery quiet road, there’s still a chance of someone passing by and watching whatever’s about to happen.

The naughtiness of putting on a show for strangers makes my blood go hot in my veins, but I tamp it down immediately. I have no plans of delivering Aurora a victory on a silver platter. In fact, I have no plans of losing to her.

She reaches for her hair and slowly pulls out her hair tie, allowing her golden locks to tumble down her back like a halo around her head. My breath catches in my throat at the sight.

I want to wrap that hair around my fist as I fuck her and make her beg.

I clench my jaw in frustration. The time hasn’t even started, and I am already losing it.

She holds out her phone and smiles seductively at me. “Time starts now.”

A bead of sweat runs down my back. Aurora’s presence alone is enough to get my blood rushing southwards. Who knows what tricks she has up her sleeves now?

“You don’t look all that confident anymore,” she purrs. “Scared?”

I give her a flat look. “Are you just going to stand there and talk shit? I thought you were supposed to be seducing me, not boring me to death.”

She grins, then runs her hand slowly from her jaw to her neck down to cup one breast and squeeze it lightly. Her nipples harden, and I can see the outline of their stiffness through her clothes. All the while, her eyes are trained on mine, and she bites her bottom lip.

Her other hand moves down to run up her thighs, pulling the hem of her dress higher and higher and higher?—

Just when I think she’ll give me a show, she stops. My mind flashes back to her whispering into my ear at the concert thatshe wasn’t wearing panties. I wonder if she’s wearing them now. Fuck.
