“Have I ever failed to deliver anything,” Calli said.

“Did I mention Calli took over running the shipping for my family,” Cade said.

“I didn’t realize you had a sister,” Sheridan said.

“What? Were you too busy with her to remember me,” Calli said raising an eyebrow.

“I’m so screwed,” Cade said. “No matter what I answer, I’m screwed.”

“Damn, right,” Ferrl said. “Good to see you.” He carried a small baby in his arms.

“This is my honey, Ferrl and our daughter Andel,” Calli said.

“You know better than to walk away,” Ferrl said, a full Sinivite, he was very protective of his mate.

“You should have kept up,” Calli said not submitting to him. She kissed him and looked down on her sleeping daughter.

“Gimme,” Cade said. “So this is the new monster you’ve brought into the universe.” He took the little girl from Ferrl. “Just don’t be like your momma.”

“Hey,” Calli said. “Be nice?”

“Damn, you two make cute babies,” Cade said. “When’s the next one arriving?”

“She’s three weeks old,” Calli said. “We’re waiting.” Ferrl growled, pulled her tight into his hard body.

“You waited for what, three and a half weeks between the first two,” Cade said. “And two before this one.”

“We were a little…” Calli blushed, hit her brother. “We have a little more information now.”

“Uh huh,” Cade said. He held the baby as they walked and kept one arm around Sheridan. “How are my other niece and nephew?”

“Monsters,” Ferrl said with a loving grin on his face.

“Whom you adore,” Calli said.

“This is your third child,” Sheridan asked.

“Yes,” Calli said.

“She’s beautiful,” Sheridan said missing her own niece.

“My brother is onboard,” Ferrl said.

“You will not get in a fight with him,” Calli said.

“I don’t start fights,” Cade said with a grin. “He’s the one who likes to challenge my abilities.”

“He’s been different this trip,” Calli said sliding a look at Sheridan.

“In what way,” Cade asked.

“Gentler,” Calli said. “He may have found his mate.”

Cade scowled, “One with little or no Sinivite blood?”

“Yes,” Ferrl said stopping in front of Cade who looked furious.

“He should,” Cade started to speak but Ferrl stopped him.
