“I think I’ve found the place you were looking for, sir. It’s got the people you asked me to search for there,” Jackson replied.
Nuka allowed a malevolent grin to spread across his face. This was the news he’d been waiting for a long time to hear. He knew she was the weakest member of the Glacial Blood pack. She’d turned him down before. She wouldn’t stand a chance when he returned her to her rightful place. His dick hardened, and his balls drew up at the thought. He thrust his hips forward until his dick hit the back of Lynx’s throat. He forced her to swallow him down, his cum shooting out in a forceful explosion. She choked and gagged on him—the sound was magical to his ears. His next target would soon be feeling the power of his orgasm. He would succeed in breaking her this time, and it would destroy his brother.
Nuka’s grandfather settled himself deep in Lynx’s pussy and grunted out his own release.
“Fuck, I’ve missed sex. The afterlife is seriously lacking in any fun of that kind. Mind you, the devil is cool and plays a mean game of Texas Hold-Em.”
All three men laughed.
“Thank you, Jackson.” Nuka pulled himself out of Lynx’s mouth and tucked his softening dick back into his pants. “Put the information in my office. We’ll arrange a visit in a couple of days.”
“Of course, sir.” Jackson bowed his head in deference to Nuka’s superior position.
“Anything else?” Nuka asked.
“Yes, sir. Ciaran says he’ll be ready for the first stage in two weeks. He’s been in his office all day with strange noises and smells emerging from it.”
“Even better news.” Nuka strode over to the decanter of brandy and poured himself a large glass. He did the same for his grandfather while the older man removed himself from Lynx’s pussy and pulled his pants back up.
“You can both go,” Nuka dismissed Lynx without offering her any aftercare or satisfaction of her own. Jackson followed her out of the room, probably to blow his own load in her ass and give her what she needed.
“All good news it appears,” his grandfather commented, taking the brandy from him and resuming his seat on the comfortable chair that had once been Nuka’s. The younger polar bear didn’t mind, though. The throne would still be his in the end. He would rule as the most powerful shifter on the Earth, and all human life would be extinct. His plan was coming to fruition, and his world was glorious.
Chapter Seven
“How is she?” Hunter asked as he walked into his rooms and found Kingsley sitting on a sofa, watching TV. Hunter didn’t normally allow anyone into his quarters, but the last few nights he’d been enjoying Lily and Kingsley’s company when all his alpha business was finished.
“She’s just getting dressed. I think it could be a good day. She was laughing at my choice of a bowl of fruit for breakfast. I suppose it did seem a little lame in comparison to the whole salmon she devoured.”
“Humans...” Hunter shook his head. “You need to eat more hearty food.”
“Sorry, but freshly caught, raw flesh isn’t really my thing. I mean I like my steak rare, but not for breakfast and accompanied by the rest of the cow.” Kingsley chuckled, and Hunter couldn’t help but join in.
“I was wondering about going for a run tonight and seeing if Lily wanted to join me,” Hunter informed Kingsley. It had been a few days since he’d been out with his pack, and his wolf was getting impatient to be let free.
“I think she’d like that. It’s been a while for her as well. I’m sure her tantrums come from her bear side getting impatient,” Kingsley agreed.
“You’re thinking like a shifter.” Hunter laughed at Kingsley’s comment.
“It’s probably more from my own frustration at not being able to do anything.” They both looked down at Kingsley’s hand. The bandages were off now, and the stump where his finger had once been was exposed. It was physically healed, but Hunter knew the emotional scars lingered on within Kingsley’s head.
“I’m sure I can find plenty for you to do when you’re not helping Lily. There’s always something that needs to be done in a pack,” he offered.
Kingsley looked up at him with sorrow written on his face. “You know I’m always happy to help out.”
A knock on the door interrupted them, preventing Hunter from delving further into Kingsley’s fears that he’d never again be the man he was before his injury. Hunter knew Kingsley loved to draw, especially on the skin of others. The human was covered in tattoos, and each one intrigued Hunter. He wanted to know the meaning behind every design.
“Enter,” Hunter called out. The door opened, and Christian stood on the other side. The beta looked with suspicion between Kingsley and Hunter, clearly unimpressed at the former being allowed in the alpha’s rooms. “What is it?” Hunter grunted out grumpily.
“You’re needed downstairs. We have yet another visitor.” Christian was still not happy about having Kingsley, Lily, and the members of the Glacial Blood pack staying with them. Hunter hadn’t had time to talk to him about it, though.
“Can’t you deal with it?” Hunter snapped out in frustration.
“No. I think you’ll want to deal with this particular visitor.”
“Who is it?”
“Ebony.” Christian took great delight in informing him. His ex-wife and his beta had always been friends, and the latter wasn’t impressed when Hunter had called time on the marriage.
