"Rani sa... it won't happen again... trust me", he said, even recollecting how he unknowingly triggered her pain is urging him to suffocate himself till death... like his wife was suffocated with lack of air that night, when he was busy in hating her father in his study completely oblivious to her sufferings... she looked into his eyes, and she could see the guilt and pain in them... she didn't like his sufferings, why doesn't her husband just end their misery and tell her the truth ?? She is confident that he might be having a misunderstanding about her father, she knows her father can never harm a soul... he was the kindest man she ever knew... he was always loving and kind.

The elevator ding brought them out of their thoughts... he left her palm and she quickly walked off... a few people saw her get off from the same elevator as the BEAST and this was not the first time something like this happened, and now it's no longer considered as Isha's courage as by then they saw how soft thewoman is, so what is it that's getting them into having these elevator encounters ?? This is what's running in everyone's head, and the news does spread fast.

Days passed, and Isha is worried that her periods were 3 days late, when she shared her worry with Ragini, she suggested her to take a pregnancy test, which shocked Isha... can she be pregnant ?? Did they do it ?? She didn't know about it ?? But how ?? She didn't know much about these things, but she remembered how her husband pleasured her and how she c**med making a mess, the first time was in the back palace when she first met Sharah and Veera and the second time was that day... no, no, that can't be it... can it be ?? Isha is confused and worried. She would be very happy if she is pregnant but what about her husband ?? She needs to talk to her husband but before that, she needs to check... but her heart is against it... she didn't know why but she felt she should talk to her husband before she took a test. Did something actually happen between them that could get her pregnant?

Suddenly her lack of knowledge frustrated her... she wants to ask Ragini but remembered how he asked her not to utter this to anyone, so she decided against it.

She dialled her husband, Abhyansh is in an important meeting with the country's 3 forces chiefs, some key cabinet ministers. The home minister and president were also present in the meeting and joined online... they wanted to discuss further developments and requirements of arms for the country and also regarding the procurement of the previous batch. They wanted him to come to New Delhi for the meeting, he would have gone in normal circumstances, as he loved his country and sometimes, for the sake of it, he tolerated the politicians' futileattempts to show who is superior, but not this time, his wife is staying away from him, is upset with him, at this time, he can't go out of Ajmer leaving her, depriving himself of seeing her though secretly. So, he called them instead, and though sulking, they came in, the chiefs and some ministers were more than glad to meet Abhyansh but the same can't be told about some people but he knew how to put them in line. Well, he holds the power and no one needs to be reminded of it, as they all are clearly aware of it.

When the It***an government blamed that someone of Indian origin is responsible for a prominent industrialist Alvize Rizzo's death, the Indian government denied these rumours and sent a strong message to the country. They didn't let his name out anywhere, though many people in the government and opposition knew who was behind the 'death of so-called prominent businessman'. That's the power he held and he would hold forever. He had everyone's hair in his fist and he knew exactly when to pull. But yes, he had to work harder to try to conceal the truth a bit more as he is afraid of his wife's reaction on the entire issue.

'Wife', talking about her...for the past few days, since she didn't show up by herself, he had to use everyone in his family to have a glimpse at her, one time it's Avyan, once it was Amruta, he even used his grandmother Devyani Devi's health to make his wife call him to ask him about her health. When he was out of all excuses, he went to the cafeteria during her lunchtimes with the same old excuse to the world 'Quality Checks'. Now, employees were getting too suspicious about his 'Food quality checks', that too why only in the first-floor cafeteria ?? There are 25 more cafeterias in the building...

Isha understood every time she heard the commotion in the cafeteria, it's her husband who came for the so-called 'Food Quality Checks'. Ragini and Reetu teased her a lot on it every time, making her turn crimson red. Honestly, she loved his antics, his extreme love and desperation to see her... he didn't care about maintaining his 'BEAST' reputation which he is so proud of, he once remembered his words, how he told proudly told her that his employees see him very rarely, some people work for years but never get to see him from far, that's how aloof he stays, he likes to have as less human interactions as possible but for her, he comes to cafeteria daily in the pretence of checks, and he had to make the human interactions which he hated... she wanted to go and see him too, she missed him terribly, and after his amiable acts, she missed him more, he at least had a glimpse of her but what about her ?? She had to act tough so that he tells her the truth quickly and they could be out of this misery, but then this happened.

She frowned when her call went to a voicemail... since it's an important meeting, Abhyansh put his phone on DND. He wouldn't have, if it was only the ministers who were in the meeting, but there was the president and the chiefs of armed forces, and he respected them, though everyone come with their flaws. Isha got worried, her husband's phone was never off, never ever. She called Bhairav immediately...

"Rani sa... Khammagani(greetings)", Bhairav said politely answering their queen's call...

"Bhaiarav... Rana sa... is he fine ?? His phone is off...", Isha directly jumped to the topic without bothering to reply to his greetings, Bhairav didn't mind though, he could sense her worry for the king...

"Rani sa... Maharaj is fine, he is in a very important meeting... that's why his phone is off", he said, but Isha is not convinced.

"He had many important meetings before, but never was his phone off... Bhairav, I want to talk to him right now", Isha said in a finality tone... she couldn't stay in peace until she hears his tone, her husband's enemies scare her a lot. Though she isn't aware of the situations, she isn't stupid, she knew there are many people who are thirsty for her husband's blood. She clutched her nuptial chain tightly in her fist...

"Rani sa... I'm afraid I can't fulfil your command as Maharaj specifically ordered me to not to disturb him...", Bhairav said angering Isha... this is how he is going to fulfil his promise of 'whenever you call me, I would come to you, leaving everything' she scoffed, she is angry because of her worry...

"Bhairav...", she said, he could hear the vulnerability in her tone and he had to tell her about who the king is meeting, as that could put her to some peace if she knows the importance of the meeting and why there king had to turn off his phone.

"Rani sa... Maharaj is in a meeting with the Indian officials, the chiefs of the armed forces, a few cabinet ministers and the Home minister is also here... and the President has joined online...", Bhairav said shocking Isha, well she didn't have any idea that her husband has such a high reach so he told her...

"B...By president you mean the country president ??", Isha asked

"Ji(Yes) Rani sa", Bhairav said, by her shock he realized what a blunder he did... the queen didn't know and now he messed up... "Rani sa...", Bhairav called her and she came out of her shock... is Reetu right ?? Is everyone around right ?? Her husband isactually a very influential man ?? And she being stupid thought they were exaggerating...

"Ha... Bhairav, ask Rana sa to call me after he gets free, Please", she said

"Yes, Rani sa... as per your command", Bhairav said and Isha hung up...

When the meeting ended, Abhyansh came out with them...

"Maharaj... when are you inviting us to your palace ??", one over-enthusiastic minister asked, avoiding the eye-contact with the beast though.

"Ajmer palace is open for everyone who does good for people and you are one among them, aren't you ??", Abhyansh asked

"Ji ji... you are kind enough, I have visited and enjoyed the hospitality of your palace during your wedding, but I was asking about the main palace", he said angering Abhyansh. Everyone knew the main palace is only for the family...

"We will take your leave Maharaj", the HM said politely joining his hands... Abhyansh nodded, joining his hands returning his gesture...

They walked away and Abhyansh sighed, he absolutely hated interactions... especially verbal interactions...

"Hukum... Rani sa called", Bhairav started, Abhyansh turned to him so suddenly that it scared him... but he was quick to mask his expression before anyone noticed... "she called you but your phone was off, so she was worried, she asked me to call you assoon as you are done with the meeting", Bhairav reiterated and Abhyansh nodded, calling his wife...

"We are leaving right now", Abhyansh said before walking to his room in the palace... it was one of his palaces in Jaipur, all official meetings were held there only, only very few specific meetings are held there...

"Isha...you called, I was in a meeting... is everything alright ??", he asked and she is surprised to see him talking so much, a small smile made it's way on her face along with the peace that took over her heart hearing his tone... uff! he is fine, thankfully... then she realized why she called him in the first place...

"Yeah... um.. can you come to the first-floor cabin of yours ?? I have something to talk to", she said hesitantly...
