"What??", Ranveer spoke seeing his friend's call as he is still angry with his sister and friend.

"Ran... Ran... come here... Ishu... I think she suffered another attack, and I couldn't reach Sangeeta", Vikram said snatching the ground beneath Ranveer.

"I...I'm coming, take care... inform Ranawat, ask him to find Sangeeta, he will do it.... only he can...", Ranveer instructed Vikram before hanging up...

Abhyansh waited for his wife to make her way to his study with his coffee, how mad or upset she maybe, she wouldn't forget his coffee, he thought to talk to her then but it's quarter past 6 but his wife is nowhere to be seen, so he decided to go to his chamber in search of her, he thought she was way too upset since the things he uttered in his fury were too much for her to take, only if he knew how way too much they were for her to take.

Amruta called Avyan and the doctor who rushed there immediately, Vikram asked Avyan to call Abhyansh while doctor checked Isha, Avyan nodded and rushed out, and just at the entrance he met with his brother. Looking at his brother's condition, and the commotion in his chamber, he suspected something wrong, but not in a million years did he expect that.

"Bhai sa...", Avyan didn't know what to say, Abhyansh stormed inside to check on his wife, he just wants to see her safe, 'be safe' he kept chanting on his way to their room...

"RANI SA...", Abhyansh muttered rushing towards his wife... "what happened to her??", he asked the doctor...

"I... I can't tell Maharaj... her condition is strange and also dangerous... I was about to inject her to bring her to consciousness but he stopped me...", the doctor said, pointing towards Vikram...

"I called Ranveer, he is on his way, meanwhile, I need to talk to you Maharaj... it's urgent...", Vikram said sighing, Abhyansh nodded and walked to a side...

"Isha can't be treated by anyone now, only Dr. Sangeeta can treat her, she knows her condition very well, I'm sorry, I couldn't tell you more than this, please help me find her, I couldn't reach her...", Vikram panicked. Isha's treatment can't be delayed.

Abhyansh ordered Bhairav to bring Dr. Sangeeta to the main palace ASAP. Isha was transferred to the medical facility in the main palace. Abhyansh couldn't understand a thing and that's frustrating him more. Seeing his wife in that condition is wrenching his heart, he regretted his words badly. Is that what made her like this?? No, she isn't that sensitive, he told himself.He couldn't sit inside and see her state so he walked outside, but hearing the commotion inside, he walked in settling beside his wife who is now attached to many machines.

"Her pulse is getting lower Maharaj, she needs treatment immediately", the doctor said checking Isha and putting her on life support... seeing Abhyansh so calm is terrifying the doctors and nurses.

"BHAIRAV...", the BEAST screamed at the top of his lungs, everyone in the room held their hearts to control their rapid heartbeats...

"Where is she??", he asked calmly after Bhairav came in his sight, as if he didn't shout just a minute ago... his wife's condition made the ever-stable king unstable, thought everyone, only Abhyansh knew the heart-wrenching pain he is going through, seeing his wife like that.

"She will be here in the next 10 minutes, Hukum", Bhairav fumbled, for the first time seeing the maddening rage in his king's eyes but the contrastingly calm demeanour he was trying to maintain.

Vikram's tears are uncontrollable, fear is clearly evident in his eyes and seeing that fear, Abhyansh is scared, what happened to his wife??

In the next few minutes, a woman in her early thirties rushed in... she started checking in, at the same time talking to the doctors that are there...

"Vikram, send everyone out, except the ones who you and Ranveer trust with Isha including the doctors", Sangeetainstructed, injecting Isha, who after a couple of minutes, started breathing heavily...

Vikram looked puzzled, he didn't want to offend anyone but he can't let anyone know about Isha's condition, he doesn't know who would change when and take advantage of her. Before Vikram could say anything, Abhyansh asked his mother, Avyan and most of the doctors and nurses to leave.

"What about you Maharaj?? I don't think you are trustworthy after you got your wife's doctor abducted, and delayed her treatment by an hour??", Sangeeta said checking Isha's fluids and other parameters.

"Do you want to die", Vikram wanted to ask her but didn't...

"How is she??", Abhyansh asked her staring at his wife who is lying lifelessly...

"I don't trust you to answer that", Sangeeta said...

"I askedHOW IS SHE??", Abhyansh asked in a loud tone terrifying the doctor and Vikram...

"S...She is f...fine for now but unstable, her actual condition can be known only after she becomes conscious", Sangeeta fumbled in fear, Abhyansh walked to his wife and ruffled her hair softly.

A few hours passed, for the first time since he has taken the throne, Abhyansh skipped breakfast. He sat beside his wife waiting for her to open her eyes.

"Vikram... where is Ranveer?? Why hasn't he reached till now??", Sangeeta asked still fearing staying in the same room as the BEAST.

"He is on his way, he went to a hill station and due to transportation issues, he was stuck there, he will reach in an hour at max", Vikram said and she nodded

"I don't get it Vikram, when Isha can survive last year, when you and Ranveer weren't there to support her, why couldn't she?? Now?? Did something trigger her??", Sangeeta asked and Abhyansh's head sprang at her question... he didn't know the cause, he wanted to but he had to wait till his brother-in-law's arrival. Did his words trigger her??

"I... I don't know Sangeeta, I talked to Isha yesterday too, she was fine, she said she would call me if she wanted to talk about that... that day or Amar uncle...", Vikram's statement shocked Abhyansh. He remembered how his wife wanted to talk about her father and how he reacted, was this the reason?? And what day was Vikram talking about?? Seriously, Karma is a bi**h, and Abhyansh felt it, there was a time when he enjoyed the thrill his wife's story provided revealing at its own pace but now every second without knowing what happened to his wife is killing him.
