He is her teacher, who used to come in the evening every day and home-school her... He taught her till her 12th along with 6 other teachers... She wanted to go and greet him, but what if he told about her home-schooling to Abhyansh, would her husband use it against her?? Moreover, she doesn't want her husband to know about her personal matters, she wanted to keep it low for now, and that's the reason she asked Avyan to not say about it to anyone...

She decided to walk inside calmly, she felt bad for not greeting her teacher who she respects a lot but she had to do it... But as the universe is against her... the old man who saw her walking inside recognized her...

"Isha??", the old teacher Vijayender, called adjusting his spectacles, to see if he is right...

Isha's steps halted, she cursed her fate, before turning to face her beloved teacher who she is reluctant to meet, a minute ago...

Abhyansh frowned, how did the government school teacher know Isha?? Abhyansh always thought Isha to be graduated from the best schools and colleges, but he never tried to find outwhere she actually studied, now that he thinks of it, it's annoying not to know about his wife's basic details... He immediately decided to find all the details about his wife, he messaged his trusted men and asked for the report till the EOD, he wanted to give them enough time so that there won't be any discrepancies in the report that has details about his wife...

"Sir...", Isha walked towards the old man and bent to touch his feet but stopped her actions hearing the king...

"What do you think you are doing??", Abhyansh asked with a frown, his voice colder than usual indicating his displeasure, his wife is a queen, she can't touch the old man's feet...

"Maharaj... he... he is my teacher... so I was just taking his blessings...", Isha answered fumbling, looking at her husband's anger...

Abhyansh didn't say anything and Isha's teacher didn't understand anything, what is Isha doing here??

"Isha?? Beta, what are you doing here?? You escaped Rajput palace??", Vijayender asked making Abhyansh frown and Isha's eyes widen. Soon realization stuck him, was Isha ever held captive by her own family?? Is that why her teacher is asking about her escape?? What would be another reason why she had to escape her own palace?? Do they used to torture her?? Abhyansh fisted his palm even at the thought of that...

"Sir... no, why would I have to escape my own palace... I... I'm here as I am his...", Isha stopped suddenly... he never made her feel like his wife, he always said she is his slave... "I work here sir", Isha said stupidly... she didn't know, she couldn't muster up the courage to call herself his wife after he told her so manytimes that she is his slave, and in that, she introduced herself as his employee without knowing that would wound her beast of a husband badly...

"You work as a servant here?? Isha... beta...", Vijayender started but is interrupted by the BEAST's roar...

"Vijayender... She is my WIFE, the realm's queen...", Abhyansh roared scaring Isha and her teacher...

"I beg for forgiveness, your highness", Vijayender asked with a trembling tone and bowed head, as he is clearly aware of the BEAST and his anger...

"LEAVE", Abhyansh said calming himself, the way he called his wife, 'servant' still rang in his head, and that was burning his insides, and knowing he is the reason for it is more damaging...

Vijayender bowed his head in front of both the king and queen and walked away, he didn't understand why his student had to lie to him about working there when she is the queen of the place in real??

"Maharaj... I'm sorry, please forgive me", Isha said, she didn't exactly know why she is asking for forgiveness but she knew she made her husband mad, and mad Abhyansh Singh Ranawat is dangerous...

"Why did you lie??", Abhyansh asked

"I...I didn't lie...", she said, looking down, afraid of his reaction...

"How many times, I have to tell you, keep your head high...", He said with irritation...

She frowned but didn't say a word, 'How many times?? He just said once' she thought...

"Sorry Maharaj...", Isha said lifting her head and looking at his face but not his eyes as she is afraid of him right now... She understood he is waiting for her to speak more and answer his other questions, by the pace of his breathing, so she continued speaking... "Sir asked what I was doing here, I had to tell him something...", she said but he interrupted

"You could have told the truth??", he asked

"Yes, please forgive me, Maharaj....", she said and he frowned... He expected her to say something about how he called her his 'slave', 'maid' etc... How he disrespected her, but she did nothing... Instead, she just said 'Sorry', Why is she like that??

"Did Rajputs torture you??", Abhyansh asked suddenly shocking Isha... Her eyes widened at that question...

"Huh...??", she said but he raised his brows and looked at her intently... She shook her head in a 'No'... She didn't know why her husband is asking, but she doesn't want to discuss her past with anyone, definitely not with her BEAST husband...

"I asked, Did the Rajputs ever torture you?? leaving your brother, of course", Abhyansh asked holding her left cheek with his right palm surprising her... Firstly, they are conversing as if they are normal husband-wife, and secondly, he is asking as if he cares, does he?? She asked herself in mind... But, remembering she had to give him an answer, she shook her head again closing her eyes... Understanding she wouldn't say a word, he left her cheek and walked to his office from there...

As soon as Abhyansh left for his office, Isha ran out to find her teacher, and luckily, he didn't go much far...

"Sir... Sir...", Isha called, and hearing her tone, Vijayender stopped and turned to her... "I'm sorry sir...", Isha added

"I don't know why you lied, but I know you, you didn't have a choice I believe, but you shouldn't have, you are the Queen", Vijayender said still looking down...
