"No... You remember, you started working from the next day while I worked even on our wedding day...", Abhyansh reminded her

"Not everyone is like us... boring... anyways, we weren't in good terms back then, to even think of spending time with each other, I was terrified of you and you didn't want to even see my face", Isha said and he narrowed his eyes at her...

"We are not boring, we are just responsible... I agree, we weren't in good terms back then, but did we go for our honeymoon immediately after the terms improved? No, it was after more than two and a half years later, we went somewhere... Our responsibilities didn't let us all this time... When we have millions of people depending on us, we ought to be responsible, and it's not like I'm restricting your brother his personal time... He and Ragini would go when there wouldn't be much work...", Abhyansh said and she sighed, she couldn't argue with her husband... he would throw all the valid points on her face and she would lose the argument which her hormones couldn't handle.

"Fine... I'm sleepy...", Isha said, Abhyansh quickly settled beside her, helped her lay on her back properly with all the cushions for proper support, and finally with his palm on her stomach, and another arm holding her protectively, she dozed off. These days, she only slept when he was around her and held her in his arms.

A few days passed, Abhyansh and Isha returned from the ER after the scan and checkup. Isha wanted to settle in the hall for some time with the family as she knew everyone wanted to know about the details of her checkup. Isha settled on the sofa her husband recently got made, comfortable for her, Abhyansh helped her settle in there comfortably and was about to leave when she looked at him, asking himsilently to stay. He took a deep breath before settling beside her surprising everyone, it's been decades since he had sat with family like this, he didn't remember ever doing that after his grandfather passed away.

"What did the doctor say? How are the babies ?", Amruta asked

"At least ask how she is... Her well-being comes first", Pratap interjected... His open affection towards his daughter-in-law is still surprising but Isha secretly liked it, her father-in-law's affection and care is good but that doesn't wipe out his mountain of sins... He needs to do redemption and that starts with asking forgiveness from his children, she just hoped that would happen sooner.

"She meant the same... I'm fine and the babies are too...", Isha answered looking at Pratap and then at Amruta.

"Let me know if you crave to eat something, I'll make it for you", Amruta said and Isha smiled...

"Ji(yes) Ma...", Isha answered with a smile.

"Abhyansh... all the arrangements are done, Our kulguru called to confirm about the other things as well... Are you sure ?", Rajmata asked

"Yes... Confirm him at the earliest", Abhyansh said and Isha frowned...

"What are you talking about ?", Isha questioned, Amruta and Pratap too frowned in confusion...

"Don't you worry... Everything is alright", Abhyansh answered knowing his wife's worried face very well.

"Okay, but what arrangements are you guys talking about ?", Isha questioned. Abhyansh ignored her question and she understood he wouldn't tell her so she left the topic, just then Avyan and Ranveer walked inside with their laptop bags carried by the butler. Isha frowned at their unusual practice, usually, they hold their things...

"I'm so damn tired...", Ranveer said, and was about to sit beside Isha when Abhyansh glared at him and showed a faraway couch...

"I wasn't roaming on the roads Ranawat, there aren't any germs... I sanitized my hands as well", Ranveer said showing his palms. Abhyansh rolled his eyes but didn't say a word. Ranveer tried to approach his sister again but Abhyansh glared at him which paralyzed him to his spot.

"How did your checkup go bacha... Everything fine?", Ranveer asked, still sulking for not being able to hug his sister.

"Yes, bhai... Everything is fine", Isha answered

"What about appetite bhabhi ma? Have you asked her, maybe she could prescribe some syrup or tonic to increase your appetite ?", Avyan asked worried

"Avi... she said it's normal, there's a need for tonic or syrup when I wasn't able to eat anything, but in my case, I'm eating enough, taking all the nutrient food that's required, I just don't have cravings these days, which is totally fine", Isha answered her worried brother-in-law calmly.

"Exactly, you should be happy that your bhabhi ma isn't eating all your wealth in the name of food", Ranveer said and 3 pairs of eyes glared at him. The Ranawat siblings' glare was expected but Pratap's came as a surprise. Isha giggled looking at her brother's alarmed face.

"Yeah, yeah, enjoy here, I'll see who will help you in Rajput palace", Ranveer said "By the way, have you spoken to Ranawat and the family ?", Ranveer asked and Isha shook her head... "Ishu yaar... how can you forget such important news ?", Ranveer scolded

"Like this", Isha answered blinking her eyes, earning a glare from her brother, but did it affect her ? Not at all... Ranveer ignored his sister's childish antics and turned to her brother-in-law.

"It's Bhabhosa and bhabho's death anniversary in a week. I want to take Isha to Rajput palace, will drop her here after the ceremony, Vikram and Aryan will reach day after tomorrow, we wanted to reach Rajput palace before that and look after the arrangements", Ranveer said hoping BEAST wouldn't have any objection as that goes without saying, Isha was there the previous year as well and Abhyansh didn't object or tried to stop her, and this year, he shouldn't have any problem, if any he should be more than willing, now that he knew the truth of Amar and Pallavi Rajput.

"No, if you want you can, but Isha won't", Abhyansh said and got up to leave.

Ranveer started questioning but Abhyansh walked away without answering his questions.

"Bhai... Relax, I guess he has some plans for it, that's why he reacted this way", Isha said softly...

"What plan? He should have told me bacha...He does this every...", Ranveer said but Devyani Devi cleared her throat, indicating Abhyansh's presence behind. Ranveer got the hint and shut his ranting.
