He gives a small smile, ruffled her hair softly, distributing the last set of 'Daan' before walking away. Everyone got happy as for the first time they saw him smiling and openly displaying his affection for their queen but only she knew what that meant. He wouldn't forgive himself no matter what, he loved her so much, too much to let go of the pain of hurting her, that moment she understood he was gonna torture himself with this guilt and regret till his last breath, and that thought itself choked her.

After that day, neither of them spoke about it, Isha decided to gradually change her husband, heal him, and make him forgive himself, while he didn't want to upset her by reminding her of the things that could hurt her. After doing all those rituals for her parents, it had a positive effect on Isha, her lost appetite returned and Abhyansh was the happiest with that, he prepared everything she craved, if he didn't know how to, he asked his mother to prepare and Amruta gladly obliged.

Abhyansh and Isha descended from their chamber to leave for Rajput Palace. The family asked Isha to take care of her though they knew Abhyansh would do the needful.

It was Ranveer's wedding in a few days and it's taking place in the Rajput palace. Soon after it is the coronation ceremony of Ranveer Rajput as the king of Mewar succeeding his bhabhosa 'Amar Rajput'. The Rajput kulgurus who attended Amar and Pallavi Rajput's death anniversary ceremonies made it clear to the crowd that Amar announced Ranveer Rajput as his successor. They also informed that Amar Rajput mentioned in his will that if his daughter Isha is married before Ranveer's coronation or marriage, then his coronation should be doneby his daughter Isha and her lawful husband. That way Amar Rajput gave even higher authority to Isha which only a few of them understood.

Abhyansh and Isha reached Rajput palace, and as soon as they entered, Isha rushed to her brother's chamber as she knew he must be waiting for her. He asked her to reach there earlier as the designer will be arriving for the outfit fitting, Abhyansh shook his head and followed his wife making sure she is safe.

"Very good, why did you come now? Wedding is more than a week away, go back and return on that day", Ranveer taunted.

"Bhai... Sorry, we got late", Isha said, mentally cursing her husband for all the things he did to her that got them late. Unconsciously her hand went to her neck where he gave her a hickey which she had to hide with a lot of difficulty.

"Sorry? Why are you sorry Rani sa? If your brother wants us to come on his wedding day, then it's only right to oblige him", Abhyansh said holding Isha's palm to take her away when Ranveer held her another palm.

"Ishu...", Ranveer pulled his sister gently, "She is my sister", Ranveer claimed

"I know", Abhyansh answered with arrogance which earned him a glare from his brother-in-law but he obviously didn't care.

"Finally! I got to witness this", Reetu said coming out of the closet, followed by Shivam and Aashna.

"What are you doing here ?", Isha asked with surprise, it's been a week since she saw her, Isha hugged Reetu tightly and the other reciprocated.

"Thanks, I need a hug from you badly, it's been so long since I saw you, but was scared of Maharaj", Reetu whispered in Isha's ear making her giggle.

"He wouldn't say a thing", Isha whispered back.

"Why did he need words when he could kill a person with just a glare", Reetu whispered back.

"Sh...", Isha shut her friend up.

"By the way, are these the 'constant fights' you and Ragini complain about?", Reetu asked mentioning the short bicker between Ranveer and Abhyansh just a while ago.

"Hm... Yes, I am fed up of these two", Isha murmured

"Anyone could hear these cute bickerings between the alpha men with pleasure, you and Ragini are so useless, complaining about this too", Reeti whispered.

"You know, it's not a crime to talk after breaking the hug", Ranveer said pulling his sister to himself, separating her from the hug.

Isha rolled her eyes and looked at her husband who looked uncomfortable and upset, so this is the reason her brother pulled her apart. God! He and his jealousy. Well in Abhyansh's defense, he was just concerned for his wife getting crushed in the tight hug.

"You didn't answer?", Isha reminded her question.

"Ragini sent us to help Mr. Rajput in fitting and other necessary changes, after selecting his Sherwani. These are the options we have got, Shivam is here to make any necessary changes required in the design as well", Reetu said, Shivam and Aashna nodded.

"Thanks for coming, guys... Well Ragini better give a comp off to you for working on Sunday", Isha said getting to work, with her designer friends while her husband and brother were involved in their conversation, but all the time Abhyansh's concentration was on his wife, to see if she is over-exerting herself.

"Comp off ? And Ragini ? You know her... That cruel lady said if we have to attend the wedding functions, we should apply forleaves in the portal, no special off for the wedding it seems... Well, the kind lady said she would approve the leaves", Reetu sarcastically said

"And coming back to today, it was a help she asked from her friends, not official work, so no comp off", it was Aashna this time.

"We did get a cruel boss...", Isha said rolling her eyes at Ragini's strictness.

"Well, before calling my spouse a cruel boss, think about yours", Ranveer taunted and Abhyansh gave him a cold look.
