Callie tensed. Why did she get the feeling that Daisy was fishing for something? Even though her friend couldn’t see her, she felt herself blushing.

“What makes you think they helped me?”

“Well, I was wondering if they were able to calm you down in…certain ways.” Daisy giggled. “I’m sure you were pretty calm and relaxed by the end of the night.”

For a second, Callie wondered if Daisy knew something and was just fishing. Then it clicked. She really did know something. She sat up again as realisation dawned.

“You were never that sick, were you?”

“What?”

“You said you were out at the Indian restaurant with your parents, but just yesterday you were saying that you were feeling sick and couldn’t stay too far from a toilet. How could you eat Indian if that was the case?”

“Ah.” Daisy gave a slight nervous chuckle. “Oops.”

“Oops? What’s going on, Daisy? You were looking forward to coming here and competing.”

Daisy sighed in submission.

“Okay, fine. I was genuinely sick, but I got better at the start of the week. However, I stayed away because Ben and Matt came to me and explained that they wanted to do something over theweekend while we were away, and that I might need to plug my ears.”

“They said what?”

“Those two are nuts about you, Callie. You might not have seen it before, but I’ve noticed it for a while. Of course they kept their distance because you were with Drew, but once you were single I heard the two of them talking about it. Both of them have feelings for you, Cal.”

Callie wondered if she was still sleeping. Was Daisy really saying that or was her mind playing tricks?

“Both of them…they…like me?”

“I think it’s a bit more than like,” Daisy laughed. “When they told me that they wanted to do something for you in Cardiff, they originally asked me to give them some space and plug up my ears. But I said it would be easier for me to bow out and say I was sick, which I was. Then it would just be the three of you with nobody getting in the way.”

Callie let this sink in. This had all been planned? How was that even possible? Who would plan something like this?

Ben and Matt. They would absolutely plan something this erotic.

“I’m guessing you did do something with them.” Daisy sounded gleeful. “So, how was it? Was it great?”

Callie thought about denying it, but Daisy would probably get the news from the other two.

“It was great. Fucking amazing, actually.”

“So they did do it!” Daisy squealed.

“They not said anything?”

“Neither of them have a word yet. Partly why I’m calling you now.”

“Charming.” Callie rubbed a hand over her face. “What do I do now, Daisy? It’s the next morning, and I have no idea how I’m going to look them in the eye. What do we do?”

“Oh, Callie!” Daisy sounded like she was enjoying herself. “You’ve got two drop-dead handsome guys wanting you, and you’re worried about looking them in the eye?”

“This isn’t funny, Daisy.”

“It is to me. Sounds like you’ve got your hands full with two hot guys. Of course,” she added quickly, “I’m not into either of them like that. And I certainly couldn’t cope with two guys in bed. Those two can be intense when they want to be.”

Callie knew all about that. She had seen that first-hand. Her body was still tingling everywhere after Ben and Matt had touched her. It felt amazing. She wouldn’t object if it happened again.

But could that work? How would it work in terms of dating? Would they want a relationship with her? And how could she choose which one to date? So many questions were going around in Callie’s head, and it was making her feel nauseous.
