“Dad, Mom says I should leave the helmet at home. But I can’t be a true god of mischief if I don’t have the helmet.”
“Lam, it’s a little big for you. I think the costume is for an eight-year-old boy,” Evaleen said while lifting the horned helmet.
“I’m Loki. I do not know of this Lam you speak of.” She folded her arms after flicking the tendrils of her black wig from her shoulder.
I blame my brother for teaching Lucy about comics.
I knelt before Lucy. Taking the helmet from Evaleen’s hand and turning it upside down while scratching at my beard. “You know what, Loki? This helmet is a lot bigger than your trick-or-treat basket. I bet it would hold a lot more candy.”
My daughter’s gray eyes rounded and her mouth formed an O. “You’re right, Dad. I would have more candy than everyone.”
I nodded and pointed into the helmet. “See here. The horns are hollow. You can get even more candy down in there.”
She turned and held the plastic helmet up to Evaleen. “Mom, I’m going to use this as my Halloween basket. I can’t wait to show everyone all the candy.”
“Now, Lam.” Lucy frowned at her mother. “I mean, Loki. You can’t have all that candy. You can keep some but the rest we give away.”
“But, Mom! I want to give the candy to all my friends.”
I smiled at how sweet our daughter was. She may be stubborn and demand her way more often than not, but she loved to make people happy. So much so, that she would rather give her candy away to make people smile than eat it.
There were chimes at the door. My daughter began to bounce up and down.
“That’s probably Krieger and Amber. Wait until I show them my Halloween bucket.” She raced off.
I heard voices and knew Evaleen’s mom was down there greeting little Lucy’s friends.
There was a slapping sound and I turned to find my sexy Wonder Woman wife clapping at me.
“Genius, Edgar. I thought I was going to have to spend the entire night making that helmet fit to her head but you fixed it. What would I ever do without the mighty Thor in my life?”
She moved closer and pushed her arms through mine, embracing me. We heard the front door of the house open and close as the voices disappeared. Ms. Bechmann had volunteered to take Lucy and her friends out trick-or-treating this year. She didn’t live with us anymore, so when she visited she loved to give us a break and spend time with her granddaughter.
Evaleen’s mom had moved in with her boyfriend, Ronald. They had been together five years but Ronald had the same problem I did; he kept asking Ms. Bechmann to marry him and she kept replying she needed more time.
Something about the Bechmann women being hard to tie down.
“I don’t know, princess.”
“Don’t call me princess.”
“But Wonder Woman is a princess.” I skated my finger along her tiara.
“Fine, but she’s the only princess I will ever be.”
I slipped my hand from her waist to grab her ass cheek. She gasped but melted into my chest.
“Oh, Thor, where’s your mighty hammer?”
I stood back and cocked my fist on my hip and with my other hand grabbed my cock. “It’s here, Princess Diana. No one can take my hammer from me.”
Evaleen moved around me and walked to the door, turning just before she left the room. “I could. You know how I love me some hammer.”
We both laughed and I chased her back into our bedroom. Evaleen had already given me more than I could have thought possible. It was time to give my wife what she wanted.
