“Bed. You need your rest if you’re going to play for me all night.”
He opened the door, and there on the bed was the biggest sushi boat I’d ever seen. He pressed the sweetest kiss I’d ever imagined to my lips, then pulled away with a smile. “You’re going to eat while we snuggle, and then I’m going to sleep with you. Every night you’ll be the last thing I see, and every morning, the first thing when I open my eyes. That’s what I’ve dreamt of ever since the first time I had you tied to my bed and woke up with you in my arms.”
I swallowed down the sudden emotion that filled my throat while my heart raced and my whole body threatened to explode from happiness. “And you’ll take off your shirt.”
He raised a brow. “My shirt? And you’ll be wearing it?”
I shook my head while my heart beat faster than it ever had before. “Yaga will wear the shirt.”
His eyes sparkled gold and he kissed me, slow, sweet, and so delicious. He smelled of love, commitment, forever, and also this hungry desire that made me want to push the sushi boat onto the floor. I wasn’t that injured, and we were on our honeymoon, but that would be sushi-sacrilege.
He rumbled in his throat. “I can smell what you’re thinking.”
“Throw the sushi boat on the floor?”
He studied me for a long moment then nodded. “I will put it down carefully. You can eat later.”
I beamed at him. “I can live with that.”
He spoke softly as he gazed into my eyes. “Hopefully for a very, very long time.”
The End
