He worked his fingers inside me again until I was throbbing again with need. A second later, I heard the tear of a condom wrapper. He rolled it on and worked his way slowly inside me. Taking his time, he let me feel every inch of him until he filled me.

“Damsel…” His breath was ragged near my ear and a shiver of pleasure tore through me. “So good.” He moved and my body responded. Our hips rolled and circled, pleasure building and building.

He was addictive.

He was perfect.

He was going to keep me up all night.

When he flipped us over so I was riding him, I watched the smile glide over his features. It didn’t matter which way I was facing or how Braden touched me. He had an expert ability to elicit orgasms on demand. When I started to tremble with new waves of pleasure, he was right with me, soaring over a cliff without fear of falling.

Panting, glistening with sweat, and momentarily sated, we collapsed next to each other.

“Okay, that was...” I made a gesture near my head with my fingers. “Brain cells—gone.”

He gave me a wicked grin. “Gonna take that as a compliment.”

“You should.” I curled my body against his side, and he wrapped his arms around me. He didn’t strike me as a guy who liked to snuggle, but he was a big muscular cage of warmth that made me worry I’d never be able to fall asleep any other way again.

The thought of sleep caused the wheels to churn in my brain again, and I started to think I should leave his room before I outstayed my welcome. I shifted in his arms and turned to see his face. “Maybe I should let you get some sleep.” It was my chickenshit way of asking if he was antsy for me to go back to my room.

He shook his head and held me tighter. “No chance, Damsel. You’re sleeping here with me tonight.” He stated the words, but I caught the hint of a question in his voice and caught him glance away for a second. I lay my head on his chest and stroked the hard ridges of his abdomen.

“Okay. I’m sleeping here with you,” I assured him, feeling contentment I almost didn’t recognize because it was so new—I was going off script and having a fling with my roommate—and I’d never been happier.

P.S. We didn’t actually sleep.
