Hedda felt the soft ropes touch her skin as Papa started towrap them against her skin. It was like a light switch got flipped inside of her because she took a deep breath in. She immediately started coughing.

"Such a good girl," Daddy whispered. "Slow breaths in. You're okay."

She followed his instructions as Papa continued to tie knots on her arms with the rope. Everything was getting too overwhelming as Daddy still held her head in his hands.

Tears filled her eyes and she couldn't stop them from falling down her face.

"Daddy," she cried out. "Papa."

"You're okay," Daddy said as he kissed her forehead. "Just feel the ropes that Papa is putting on your arms. Feel those."

Hedda continued to cry. The floodgates had opened and there was no stopping her now.

"You're such a good girl for Papa and Daddy," Papa said. "I'm almost done."

Tears continued to fall down her face and she didn't know what to do. She didn't know what to think at this moment. There was so much going on but at the same time, there wasn't. Papa and Daddy were with her right now, helping her through this.

Helping her through her breakdown.

Hedda stilled. She had cried and called them Papa and Daddy. She had finally broken down and there was no going back from that.

"All done," Papa said.

She shook her head. She needed to stop calling him that. Anger bubbled inside. Hedda was mad at herself for callingthem that, but also for breaking down. What would her brother think of her now?

Hedda screamed and yanked her head out of Oliver's hands. "Leave me alone!" she yelled.

She was talking to Oliver and Leo, but she was also talking to Rogan in her head. His constant reminders that she shouldn't be weak, shouldn't do this or that. It was exhausting but she also wanted to make her brother proud.

"Hedda," Leo gently said. "Papa and Daddy are here for you."

"No!" She yelled. "Stop calling yourself that. Please."

Her voice sounded broken.

"Princess," Oliver said. "Take some deep breaths and calm down."

"Just throw me out! I don't deserve you two!" she screamed. "Please just throw me out."

Her voice was cracking at the end. She didn't want them to throw her out, but it was for the best. They needed someone strong, someone who could hold their own. She wasn't that person.

"We aren't going to leave you," Oliver said. "We're never going to leave you."

Tears ran down her face, angry tears.

"Leave. Me. The. Fuck. Alone!" She screamed. "I don't want anything!"

Leo took a step towards her and she shook her head. She couldn't do much with her hands tied together with the rope. It was calming but at the same time, it made her even more angry. She didn't want it around her because it made her feel all different typesof ways.

"You're okay," Leo said. "We're not going anywhere."

Hedda screamed and moved her arms, trying to pull her arms out of the rope. Tears streamed down her face as she couldn't get out.

"Please," she sobbed. "Throw me out."

Her breathing came in pants, making it difficult to breath as she was sobbing.

"Just take a calming breath for us," Oliver gently said as he walked around so she could see him.
