Shit.
How did she miss that? It was blatantly out in the open and yet she had completely missed it.
"Her hair is out of the way," Leo said.
"Help her sit up. I'm going to connect the rope to her back and legs and make sure she's secure," Oliver said.
Hedda didn't like the sound of that. She tried to get out of the ropes, but she knew no matter how much she tried, she wasn't getting out of it.
"You're not getting out," Leo whispered in her ear as he helped her sit up.
Oliver went to work connecting the ropes to her legs and her back. Nerves ran through her body as she thought about what was going to happen. She didn't want this.
"Let me go!" she yelled.
Before she could say anything else, Oliver was kneeling right in front of her. He gripped her chin and made her look at him.
"If at any point any of your body goes numb, you let me know," Oliver said. "Call out your safeword and I'll cut you out of there."
Hedda blinked several times. The ropes were messing with her mind and her body. She was turned on but she was also starting to calm down even more. The feeling of them against her skin was making her present but also wanting to drift off into Neverland.
How was she going to concentrate on anything now? How was she going to keep her anger within her when all she wanted to do was relax and let them have their way with her?
She needed to remember that they took her here against her will and that she was mad at them.
"Do you understand?" Oliver asked. "I need words."
"Yes," she gritted out, trying to keep herself angry.
She couldn't give in to what they were trying to achieve. Hedda didn't know what their end goal was with tying her in ropes, but she needed to be prepared for everything.
"Good girl," he murmured before he stood to his full height and started to pull on the rope.
She felt herself lifting off of the ground and panic went through her. She didn't think she was actually going to be up in the air. There was at least a good foot or two of air below her. What if the rope broke and she fell?
"The rope won't break. Nothing will break," Oliver said. "It can hold Leo's weight so you're okay."
That didn't help one bit.
A whimper escaped past her mouth. "Take me down!" She yelled, but this was different. There was more panic in her voice. She couldn't help but let it show with those three words.
Hedda was completely at their mercy. There was no way for her to defend herself and words only did so much.
Shit.
"Let me down!" she said, regaining her composure the best she could. "Right this fucking instance!"
She was channeling her fear and vulnerability into anger. She didn't want them to know she was scared right now. They could use that against her and no way was she going to let them do that.
Rogan had taught her to cover her fear and vulnerability in front of people. From a young age he had reminded her countless times that people could use anything against her. She tried her hardest not to give people any ammunition.
Leo, Oliver, and she had talked about Shibari when they were first talking and she was very intrigued by it. She had never done anything with Shibari and was eager to learn. Hedda had watched so many videos about it and each one excited her to no end. She had read so many forums about how the sub felt and she longed to feel that way.
But now, she wasn't so sure. It made her feel vulnerable and scared, at least right now, and that wasn't a good thing. How was she going to get out of this? There had to be some way other than saying her safeword. This wasn't a safeword appropriate moment since it wasn’t a hard limit, and she hadn't reached her threshold. It made her uncomfortable and that wasn't a good enough reason.
"If you also start to feel any pain, you let me or Papaknow," Oliver said as he stood right in front of her. "We don't want to hurt you."
Hedda looked at him and glared. They didn't want to hurt her, but what about after doing this several times? Would she be hurt then, emotionally or physically? Hedda wouldn't be able to come back from either one of those, but more so emotionally than physically.
