"Well, he did say they weren't meant for me. That they were pieces of shit, which I don't believe, and that they brainwashed me," Hedda said.
"He said what?" Storm looked at her.
"Yeah, he said all of that and other things."
Hedda didn't really want to relive all of that. Papa and Daddy were with her and she didn't have anything to worry about now.
Well, that wasn't entirely true.
Rogan wanted to get to know them, probably trying to see if they were still good for her, and he was currently talking to them right now. Alone.
Hedda didn't feel good about that at all. What were they talking about? Why was it taking so long? Was everything okay?
"Hedda!" Storm yelled.
She looked over at Storm. "Yeah?"
"Are you okay? You spaced out for a little bit."
"Yeah, I am. Just worried about Papa and Daddy. They've been talking to Rogan for a while now. Do you think everything is okay?"
Storm nodded her head. "Yeah, they are big boys. They can handle a little discussion. Don't worry about them."
Hedda nodded her head. They were full grown men, but that didn't mean anything. She knew some pretty immature grown men.
"Now, tell me everything," Storm said.
So, Hedda told Storm everything. How she had been getting along with Papa and Daddy. How Rogan had kidnapped her. Then her being stuck in her room, not knowing when she was going to be able to leave.
But Hedda left out that Rogan wanted to marry her off. No one else needed to know that detail.
"And you're okay?" Storm asked.
"I guess," Hedda shrugged her shoulders. "Worse could have happened."
"Don't give me that bullshit answer," Storm said.
"Language," Angelo said. "That's the second time and I'm going to tell your Daddy."
Storm stuck her tongue out at Angelo.
"Meanie."
Hedda had to agree with Storm on that one. Angelo was a meanie.
"Now, where was I?" Storm asked as she turned to me.
"I'm fine, I really am," Hedda said. "Papa and Daddy are here. They aren't leaving me."
Storm nodded her head. "Good."
Hedda relaxed in her chair.
"Eat," Angelo said.
She stuck her tongue out at him. Angelo raised hiseyebrow at her and looked down at her orange. Hedda let out a sigh and took a piece of orange into her mouth.
No doubt he was going to tell Papa and Daddy if she didn't eat. Daddies weren't opposed to telling other Daddies the Littles or Middles didn't do as they were told.
