“Yes, my doctor had a cancellation and called and asked if I could come in. I’m sorry Cole. I thought you guys might still be there and the security staff is there, so I thought it would be okay.” she tells me and I can tell she’s freaking out.

I take a breath so I don’t flip out.

“That makes sense sis. She isn’t answering her phone?” I ask.

“No, it’s going straight to voicemail.” she informs me.

“Okay, we will head over there and see if she’s there.” I let her know.

“Keep me updated please. Dani is freaking out just as bad as I’m right now.”

“I will. Bye sis. Love you.”

“Love you too brother.” she says before hanging up.

Don’t freak out yet. Maybe Toby was being honest the other night and it’s just something else.

“Cole!” Ty shouts to get my attention.

“Cole, what’s going on?” King asks.

“That was Heather. Adriana is missing.”

“What do you mean missing?” Dean asks.

“Heather had to go to the doctor so A took the Grover costume to the stadium but hasn’t come back to the house.” I tell them.

“Okay, let’s go to the stadium.” Dane says.

“Ty and I can go.” I tell them.

“No, we all go. We can cover more ground that way.” King says.

“We all know you’re in love with her dude. That makes her family.” Dean tells me.

All I can do is shake my head in agreement. We get our stuff, King returns it and we head to our vehicles to drive to the stadium.

It feels like it took forever instead of the twenty minutes to pull into the parking lot.

“Her car is still here.” Ty says as we park next to her car.

“Hopefully she’s still here.” I tell him.

The other guys pull in as we are getting out so we wait for them.

“It doesn’t look like anyone else is here.” Dane says.

“That’s what worries me.” I tell the guys.

“Let’s make a plan. King, you and I, let’s take the first and second floors around the stadium. Dean, Dane and Cole you guys take the third and fourth. If anyone finds anything send a text.” Ty explains to us.

“Okay.” I agree.

With that we all walk towards the stadium. Ty swipes his fob all the players are given to use the facility gym and we all go to our assigned floors

Dean, Dane and I start on the fourth floor so we can work our way down. We check every bathroom, open closet and door that we can. We shout Adriana’s name and wait to see if there is a response. We even check all the seats in the sections of the fourth floor.

“I know how many seats there are in the stadium but damn it’s different when you have to check them.” Dean says.
