Nova giggled while I sighed. Surprisingly, I wasn’t jealous that my brother was staring at my naked mate. Maybe this would be easier than I’d thought.

Whistling a happy tune, I scooped up my clothes and headed toward my bedroom without bothering to get dressed. On the way, I met Will coming out of his room.

“Yep. Our mate knows her mind. I did not seduce her,” I added, so he knew that everything that happened had been up to Nova. “She’s at the indoor pool. Why don’t you go join her?”

Will froze in place. His face showed that he was wracked with indecision.

Trying to hide my smile, I turned and continued to my room. I’d barely made it a step before hearing Will’s heavy tread carrying him toward the pool.

One thing was for sure, there would never be a dull moment around here.

When I heard Nova’s excited moans, I hadn’t been able to resist following my senses to where I found her and Beck. Knowing the polite thing to do would have been to turn around and let them have their privacy, I still stayed. Edging closer and closer to get a better view.

I’d been played. Nova wasn’t really upset. I let out a huge sigh of relief.
