I shake my head. "We don't know. It could be any of you. But does it matter?"

He doesn't hesitate. "No," he says firmly. "It doesn't matter at all. This baby is ours. All of ours."

Relief washes over me, and I find myself smiling through my tears. Drew cups my face in his hands, thumbs gently wiping away the moisture on my cheeks.

"I love you," he says again. "You and this baby. And I swear, I'm never leaving again."

This time when he kisses me, I let myself melt into it. All the longing, the hurt, the love—it all pours out as our lips meet. When we finally break apart, we're both breathless.

"I've missed you so much," I whisper.

Drew presses his forehead to mine. "I've missed you too. More than I can say."

A throat clearing behind us reminds me that we're not alone. I turn to see Carlos and Nathan watching us, small smiles on their faces.

"Welcome back, brother," Nathan says, clapping Drew on the shoulder.

Carlos nods. "Took you long enough to come to your senses."

Drew laughs, the sound warming me from the inside out. "Yeah, well, better late than never, right?"

"So," Drew says, his hand finding mine and squeezing gently. "What happens now?" He has that look on his face, that stubborn persistence even when he’s confused or clueless.

I smile up at him, shifting with some effort and stretching my joints. "Now, you help me take a bath. I'm all sweaty and gross."

He chuckles. "I think we can manage that."

As Drew leads me to the bathroom, I catch Carlos and Nathan exchanging a look. "We'll, uh, give you two some privacy," Nathan says.

But I shake my head. "No, stay. Please? I want all of you here."

They hesitate for a moment before nodding and following us.

In the bathroom, Drew starts the shower while Carlos and Nathan help me undress. It should feel awkward, but it doesn't. This is us—taking care of each other, loving each other.

For a moment, Drew does nothing but stare at me. It’s the first time he’s seen the bulge of my belly without any clothes. His eyes are reverent, and soon, his touch follows in the same manner.

He runs his hand over my belly, stopping at the spot underneath my navel as he begins to slowly trace down to my mound. He pulls his hand back, moving up and looks at me with the softest eyes full of warmth and appreciation.

“Thank you for letting me be a part of this,” he says just as softly.

I swallow the lump in my throat. I’m glad he doesn’t have to miss out on any more of this period of my life.

As the warm water cascades over me, I let out a contented sigh. Drew's strong hands massage shampoo into my hair, while Carlos gently washes my swollen feet. Nathan stands nearby, ready with a fluffy towel.

"This feels amazing," I murmur, leaning back against Drew's chest.

He kisses my temple. "You're amazing. I can't believe I almost threw this away."

I turn in his arms, facing him. "But you came back. That's what matters."

Our lips meet again, and this time, the kiss is heated. I feel Drew's hands roaming over my wet skin, and a familiar desire sparks within me.

"Is this...safe?" Drew asks, breaking the kiss to glance down at my belly.

I nod. "The doctor said it's fine. As long as we're careful."

That's all the encouragement Drew needs. He’s tenting in his pants as he anticipates what is to come.
