Page 6 of Four of Hearts

Fucking strippers had never been on my bucket list until tonight, and I would make it my mission to see them again.

Hopefully naked next time.

I spent fifteen minutes outside, trying to find those men on social media. Surely, they had some kind of website or profile where I could find out more about them, but there was nothing. Because I didn’t have a name or anything.

I walked back inside, and the genius idea to look at the mailboxes in the entrance came to me. They had to have their names on there. Or their company’s name.

Feeling like a true detective, I headed across the lobby to where the mailboxes were. I found Benson’s first, then two female names, and finally, there was one more mailbox I had to check. I stepped closer to it to read what was written on it.

“Four of Hearts.”

Huh, interesting.

“Is everything okay?”

I turned around to find Willa stepping down the last step of the stairs, looking pained because of her heels.

“Yeah, everything’s fine. Just checking on something. Come here.”

She walked over to me and I pointed at the mailbox. “Ever heard of this?”

“Four of Hearts…hmm, no, doesn’t ring a bell. Did you google it yet?”

I shook my head. “Not yet.”

I lifted my phone, and after unlocking it, I opened the Google app to type in Four of Hearts dance crew.

“Oh, damn,” Willa said, staring at the screen just like I did. “Strippers? Benson lives in the same building as super-hot strippers?”

I pursed my lips and nodded. “Yes.”

“God, look at them. They’re so hot.”

“They’re even hotter in real life.” I looked at her and grinned. “I was in the elevator with them.”

“No way!”

“It didn’t feel real.”

“I can only imagine. What did they say? What did you say?”

I laughed and looked back at the screen, tapping on the link to their website. “They were dressed as cops, but something seemed off. No group of cops is that sexy. So I asked them straight away if they were strippers. They said yes, and then they were gone.”

“Damn…I guess we know which parties we’ll be attending in the future. We have to come back and see them.”

I agreed, but I had a better idea. “We could also go to one of their shows. Look, they’re having multiple shows all around the city.”

“Male stripper shows? I’m in. God, look at that one. He’s totally your type.” She pointed at the one who hadn’t really spoken to me in the elevator. He had only observed me, and while he did look amused by our encounter, he did look ready to leave and go to work with his sexy co-workers.

“There has to be an about us section on this site,” I murmured, clicking around until I found what I was looking for. There was another picture of the four of them at the top, and underneath was a quick introduction.

I skipped over the first half, then continued with the second part which sounded way more interesting, reading it out loud.

“Four of Hearts was created by veteran dancer, Kline. The fifty-one-year-old ex-firefighter knows how to put on a performance, and with his talent of choreographing, he keeps on creating shows that fascinate women all over the country.”

I pursed my lips and took in the picture of Kline below. He was naked, grinning at the camera while holding a firefighter helmet in front of his crotch. There were tattoos all over his body. Only a couple of inches of his skin wasn’t covered in colorful ink, and I had a hard time taking my eyes off that picture.

When I managed to look at his face again, I noticed how beautiful his brown eyes were. His hair was buzzed, and while it was mostly brown, there was a sprinkle of white in there, just like in his beard.
