“Ready for some food?” Arden asked as his knot eased enough he could pull free. His hands ran gently over my body as if making sure no one had been too rough.

“No, I need more,” I groaned as a fresh wave of visceral need ran through me, my walls clenching around nothing and hating that feeling.

“Mason! She needs you!” Arden called out.

My alpha was there in seconds, though this time he relaxed on the bed and Arden helped me straddle him. I sank down on his cock as a smirk took over my handsome alpha’s face.

“You’re so fucking sexy, Baby,” he breathed out the praise and my own lazy smile formed. I loved hearing them say how good I was, how perfect I was for them.

“Take what you need, omega. Let me see those gorgeous tits bouncing while you ride my cock,” he urged.

I gave my alpha what he asked for, lifting myself up and sinking down on him before I was rocking my hips in a circle. Every release during my heat hit me hard and fast, the electrifying orgasms sending little shocks through me as they built before exploding through my entire system.

This was no different, each rock of my hips helped me careen closer and closer to the edge. I was desperate, eyes closed as I concentrated on breathing in his alpha musk and rugged scent and trying to encourage his knot to grow.

His body swelled inside of me, making it harder to fuck myself on him but my hips continued to rock, to grind my clit over him with each one until I was crying out. His knot swelled further as my pussy pulsed around him.

Mason took over when I was spent, fucking me from below, hands locked on my hips as he used me for his own pleasure now.

I loved that we could give this to each other, that they wanted me, needed me, as much as I did them.

When he came, his teeth clamped down on his bite, just enough to make me come all over again, but not enough to break the skin.

Our mixed releases were enough to have my eyes rolling back, welcoming the waiting darkness while my body recovered.

Every time I woke up from a heat, I felt so beat down that I knew I would suffer for days. This time, though, I was a little sore but felt oddly energized.

The guys were all passed out around me, taking up every possible inch of the bed. I had to crawl over their bodies to get out, but I hurried up the stairs as quietly as I could.

Who knew that taking a shower all by yourself could be such a luxury? I enjoyed every second of that heat, but now I just wanted a moment to process it all.

Despite my fears, I didn’t just survive it, I loved it.

As the warm water sprayed around me and the steam filled the room, I could feel my body relaxing further. The warmth chased away some of the lingering soreness.

I took my time washing myself, shaving, and letting the conditioner soften my hair. The guys had taken good care of me, and I had been able to shower a few times, but it was always with help.

I must have looked like a mess for most of that. Not that they seemed to care.

The smell of bacon filled the air, and I forced myself to end the shower as the hot water was starting to run out. I took my time drying my hair and putting it into a side braid before pulling on Mason’s shirt and a pair of Cohen’s boxers, rolling them down so they’d stay up.

Ford and Cohen were in the kitchen making breakfast together. Soft music was playing, and they were talking softly. When they saw me walk in, both of their faces lit up. I could feel their excitement through the bond, all from just seeing me.

That was a feeling still new to me, but I loved it. Knowing that there were no lies between us and having confirmation that they truly felt how I did helped settle my soul.

Despite everything happening with the creepy voicemails I’d received before the heat, I was oddly content. They weren’t going to get to me again, no matter how mad they were. I was still safe, and it wasn’t just a pack behind me, but my brothers, my mom, my friends—hell, this whole town would probably back me up before they’d allow any harm to come to me.

It was good to be home. I had no desire to leave, only the need to settle down here with my pack and make a life for ourselves.

“Guess who landed a new job?” Ford announced, a grin on his face.

“Really?” I asked, rushing over and giving him a hug. “Where?”

“Mason had met with an up-and-coming contractor who was moving to town. They hit it off, and he told him about me. We gave him our resume and talked about our joint experience, and the contractor said he’d love to have us on board. Someone apparently warned him that this town was on the rise again, and he wanted to get in before the jobs started rolling in, especially in light of Kent’s place closing down.”

I snorted. “Kent’s officially out of town? Good.”
