With Roar's decision, Elling now had four others he was responsible for. Because of his choices, they could all end up dead.

Roar..." He rubbed the back of his neck. He couldn't say it. What if something happened because he'd voiced his thoughts.

Roar waited for him to continue. He shook his head and walked to his motorcycle without telling him not to come. To stay safe. To ride away without looking back.

Hell, Roar had a baby that could be coming any minute. Would his choices make a child lose their father?

"Let's ride out." Jett signaled for the others in his club and waited for the five Slag members to stand down.

Knowing Jacqueline had gone to see her family over the weekend, he rode out with one purpose in mind.

He needed her to know that none of this was her fault.
