"We're prepared if it happens." She leaned toward the computer screen. "There are two new guests." She pointed. "Here and here. They have wake up calls and seemed concerned about our ability to perform. I've promised them both that we will personally call after the automatic system rings their room."

"No problem." Terri smoothed the front of her skirt. "Have a good night."

She squeezed Terri's arm. "Thank you."

Halfway to the elevator to go back to her room, she returned to the desk. "Don't forget, you can call me if you run into any problems."

Terri raised her brows. "Is there something I should be aware of?"

"No." She smiled to hide her own worries about Elling and Mr. Campbell. "You're good to go."

She left before she said too much. Her apprehension about what could happen came from her own experience with bikers.

Riding the elevator up to the Fourth Floor, she stepped out into the empty hallway with a quiet exhale. Distance would stop her fascination with Elling. He might not be leaving tomorrow morning, but he'd check-out of the hotel on Friday.

She'd be leaving, too, to spend two days with her parents. Family Day at the Brikken clubhouse was always a good way to get her mind off everything and enjoy herself.
