Well, ask and he would receive.
If his man wanted to try it out, then he would absolutely make that happen.
Ian put it on his mental checklist of things to get in town so they could have some fun. He needed a sled, and he needed a ring.
Since Gryphen didn’t have those memories, he’d give them to him.
They’d make them together.
One day, if they had children, they’d make even more memories as a family.
Now, he just had to figure out how to start making those memories with Gryphen.
Honestly, he hoped Graham showed up around here at some point. He needed backup. It wasn’t like he could order a sled online and send it to a castle.
That was absurd.
“Let’s just keep looking around,” Gryphen said, not wanting to be pulled back into that heartache. “The less he thought about the people who created and destroyed him, the better.”
“Okay, Gryphen.”
Together, they walked toward the stables, and inside, there were actually animals.
Holy shit!
This was awesome.
Ian loved animals, and he loved farms. It was probably because of his youth.
“Uh, someone has to come here to take care of them,” Ian said, “unless that’s now our job.”
Gryphen didn’t know a lot about many animals. Luckily, he was good with horses.
Oh, and he liked dogs.
As for the rest…
Yeah, that was out of his wheelhouse.
Inside the stable, there were sheep with thick coats, a few goats, and two gorgeous horses.
Because he couldn’t help himself, Ian wandered over to a horse, and he put his hand out. Immediately, it bumped his, and he was able to stroke it’s gorgeous white coat.
Curiosity got the best of him. He peeked over the fence, and saw it was a female.
“She’s gorgeous,” he admitted. “She looks like a horse my mother had on our farm. We got her when I was young. She loved running.”
Gryphen moved to a stall further away, and a black horse stood there, watching him.
“He’s a male,” he said. “What a gorgeous horse,” Gryphen admitted.
As he rubbed it’s coat, the horse seemed pretty friendly. That proved they definitely got a lot of attention.
But by who?
The Blackhawks weren’t here.
“Well, at least we know where to bring the seven thousand apples that Elizabeth had ordered and had brought here to be put in that refrigerator,” Gryphen admitted.
