He touched his face.

“When I ask, and you say yes, we’ll get married, and I’ll gladly take your name. I want to be Ian Carter, but I have an addendum.”

He did just that, and drew a little heart after his name. Then, he handed it back to Gryphen.

After he signed it, he put it in the envelope, and sealed it.

“The deal is done. We’ve officially bound ourselves together, Ian. There’s no way out.”

He was aware.

“I know, my Lord,” he said, going into his role since they were alone in the bedroom.

“There’s one thing left,” he said, getting up. “I have something for you. I got you a gift to commemorate this night, and how we’ve decided to begin this agreement.”

Ian wasn’t sure what he had.

“My Lord, what is it?” he asked.

God.

Just the fact that he was doing what they’d agreed to made him want to please this man sexually for days.

Getting up, he pulled something from the nightstand.

“Come here, Mr. Patterson,” he said.

Then, he handed him the box.

When Ian opened it, he saw it was a beautiful platinum chain, and on it hung a rectangle. It was no longer than an inch.
