“Mr. Patterson, get into your coat,” he said, and Ian obeyed.

He got into it, and when Gryphen held out his arm, he slipped his hand through it, and he escorted him out.

Outside, he wasn’t in the mood to be there anymore.

“We’ve learned plenty in town, Mr. Patterson,” he said, staying in character for Ian, and himself. “It’s time to go home. We have contracts to draw up, and negotiations to draw up to ensure our future together is well understood. We also have a date first. Any arguments?” he asked.

Ian was overheated.

When he used that tone…

Fuck.

He would do anything he wanted.

How could he resist?

“No, my Lord,” he said, his body vibrating with so much need. “I’m ready whenever you are.”

Gryphen walked him to the car, his hand never leaving his arm, and he opened the door for him. Gryphen waited for him to get in, and then closed the door.

The whole time, he was giddy.

It appeared that he and Ian had fallen down the sexual rabbit hole.

And he prayed they never came back out.

Ravensmire Castle

Friday

Late Afternoon

Winter

It was getting closer to sunset, and Gryphen knew he needed to move this along. What he wanted to do was go make their contracts, meet, and seal them with sex, but what he knew they needed to do was have a romantic moment.

After all, there was more to a relationship than fucking, even when that was a pretty awesome part.

“Are you ready for our date, Mr. Patterson?” he asked, staying in that mode, just to see how Ian handled it. After all, he wanted him like this in their whole life, and not just sex.

It was time to see if he could handle it.

“I can’t wait, my Lord,” he said. “I am intrigued at what you’ve planned. I hope it’s not ice skating.”

Gryphen laughed.

“God, no. We’ve gone to that rodeo.”

Leaving the car in the garage, they headed through the courtyard, and toward the stables.

Ian was silent.

That made Gryphen stop.

When he turned, he stared into Ian’s eyes.
