“What does this help you accomplish?” she asked, figuring if it was Q and A time, she wanted to get it all out there. “Is there a benefit of doing that in the static?”

Ridge shared what he knew.

“It will help us get into a part of Lucian’s psychic brain to find more answers. He’ll be able to help more people, and if the Littlemoons need answers, he can go in and find them.”

That sounded important and worthwhile to her.

Still, she wasn’t done.

“How will you know that you aren’t having sex on this plane too at the same time?” she asked.

That was easy.

Someone had to watch.

“Later, Bishop is going to be the kill switch,” Ridge said. “We want to try, and have her stand there to pull us out if we do. We aren’t cognizant of both planes at the same time. Once we’re in, we don’t know what is happening here.”

She thought about it.

“If you say no, Wyn, it’s no. I don’t want to risk my marriage and what we have.”

She needed to know.

“Are you attracted to Lucian?” she asked. “As in if I wasn’t here, would you be with him?”

He didn’t lie.

“Yes.”

She looked at Lucian.

“And you?” she asked.

“I am attracted to him. My aura and his connect easily. They were meant to. I love Ridge, and this thing we have has evolved on that plane. Do I want to run away with him and leave my wife behind? No. I am madly, stupidly, and crazily in love with Bish. I just know that he’s part of me, and I’m curious.”

She focused on her husband.

“Am I being left behind, Ridge?” she asked.

He stared into her eyes and didn’t hesitate.

“Never. You’re my Wynter. You are my heart and I’ve never been happier with you. I can’t help that I’m attracted to him. Our auras spend a lot of time combined, like ours do when we make love.”

She stared at them.

“Are you guys holding hands?” she asked.

They raised them.

They were.

Why?

Not being connected was difficult, and they were hoping to buy themselves time by connecting in the static. It might ‘take the edge’ off.

Wynter took a minute.

She appreciated that they respected them enough to bring this to them BEFORE doing it.
