This was going to be interesting.
He was curious what sex in the static would be like.
I’m hoping earth shattering.
Yeah, him too.
Ridge’s heart skipped a beat in his chest, proving he was more than ready.
And curious.
“Let’s do it.”
That was all Lucian had to hear. It was his job to enter the static, so this was all him. It was time to focus on Ridge’s third eye, and use them both to get him into the static.
Leaning forward, their mouths met, and they kissed. As the two women watched, it was clear there was something there.
The tension in the room exploded, and the lust was clear.
“What does it feel like?” Wynter asked her friend.
She laughed.
“Like I’m in a power surge. The hair on my arms is standing up, and if I touch them, there would be an electrical shock.”
“I meant, are they enjoying it.”
Bishop checked out her husband’s body, and his dick was not making an appearance.
“Uh, he’s not. I’m not checking out your man’s junk, Wyn. That’s hella weird.”
“Please. I need to know.”
She looked.
“Yeah, no. They are just connected. There’s nothing going on in this realm.”
Wynter felt a million times better.
As they slowly stopped kissing, their eyes stayed closed, and their foreheads met.
And it began.
It wasn’t long before they were interrupted. Bishop jumped when someone knocked on the door of the penthouse.
Jesus.
“Watch them,” she said to Wynter as she put the phone down and hustled to the door.
When she opened it, Raven was there, and he pushed past her.
“They need a circle,” he said, moving into the room where the two men were sitting facing each other. “They’ve crossed into a place where a wayward soul could follow them back,” he said, taking out his crystals and candles.
“Is it dangerous?” Bishop asked, freaking out.
He looked over, and his eerie eyes told the tale.
“Yes. The dead are here. Lots and lots of dead. They are attracted to that energy. He’s gone deep into the static, and they know it,” he said.
