She stuck out her bottom lip. “I want you.”

His smile widened, and he pulled her against his chest and kissed her hard. “I am going to make

love to you for hours when you get home tonight.”

Sabrina wrapped her arms around his neck. “I love you.”

“I love you. With everything I am.” He hugged her hard. “Are you willing to accept Ethan as your

guardian?”

“Yes.”

“Good. I’ll work on the arrangements with Richard while you’re at rehearsal.”

Chase said goodbye to Sabrina and Ethan at the garage door and then headed back to the living room

where Richard and Theo were still talking. “They’re both willing.”

“That is good,” Theo said with a satisfied smile on his face. “She will be well protected with the

two of you watching over her. I must admit, I have been concerned about her. This will ease my

mind.”

“Mine, too,” Richard said as Chase sat in the easy chair between him and Theo. “Alex is leaving

Germany within the hour. He’ll be here late tonight, and we’ll meet in the morning. He thinks we can

have the ceremony tomorrow night. There isn’t much to prepare. If all parties are willing, it’s just a

matter of performing the rituals.”

Chase nodded. “Good. The sooner the better.”

“Alex took pictures of the pages in the tome and sent them to me so I could study them. It’s a pretty

intense ritual.”

“I’m assuming there’s some sort of sex involved?” Chase asked with a laugh.

Richard chuckled. “Of course. What would The Brotherhood be without sex?”

He sat back in the chair, thinking about his conversations with both Sabrina and Ethan.

“Chase, you may want to reconsider becoming Sabrina’s Master,” Theo said softly.

“What?”

Theo held up his hands. “I know you are reluctant. But after last night, my suspicions of who we

are dealing with are deepening. If it is who I suspect it is, you need as much power as you can to

defeat him once he reveals himself.”

“Who do you think it is?”
