“With someone else, yes.”

Chase glanced at Ethan, who shrugged. “And?”

She looked away, not sure if she wanted to admit her desires. Ever since the episode with Ethan

in the shower, she couldn’t get the idea of the two of them together out of her mind. At the same time,

though, she remembered what Chase had said about Ethan not doing it again.

“Sabrina?”

She shook her head. “I shouldn’t . . .”

“Sabrina, we’ve talked about this. You don’t need to be ashamed of your desires.”

She glanced down at Ethan, who watched her with curious eyes, and then back at Chase. “It’s

more of you with another guy, rather than another woman.”

Chase glanced at Ethan. “Oh.”

Ethan stared across the room, his expression inscrutable.

“Yeah.” She closed her eyes. She didn’t know what to say. “I’ve never seen men together,” she

added with a small shrug. She could feel Ethan’s stress level rising.

“And you’re curious?”

She nodded. Very curious. But the tension in the air made her wish she’d kept her mouth shut.

Chase had said he and Ethan would be together if Jayson was there. Maybe she should have said

Chase with two men. Then maybe Ethan wouldn’t be so upset.

She opened her eyes to see Ethan watching her, a sad look in his eyes. “Ethan, I . . .” She studied

him for a moment and gave a tiny gasp when she read his emotions.

He gave her a tight smile. “I don’t think I could do that again. Even for you.” He stood and

glanced at Chase. “Can you keep an eye on her for a few?” Chase nodded and Ethan left, closing the

door quietly behind him.

She looked at her hands. “I hurt him.”

He stared at the closed door. “No. You didn’t hurt him.” He ran a hand over her hair. “He’s trying

to adjust to things changing so quickly.”

Sabrina looked at the door and sighed. “I didn’t know he still loved you.”

“He loves both of us.”

Sabrina’s eyes burned with sadness for Ethan. “Does he want to leave?”

Chase shook his head. “No. We talked about it last week. He’ll be okay. He just needs some
