He sucks me into his hot mouth, fingers pistoning inside me, his deep groans vibrating over my pussy until my body trembles, my walls clenching as he thrusts faster. And I fall into the wild rush of desire, this unbending need that never yields when we’re together.
“Yes, Devlin! Oh, God!” I cry, my hand in his hair, tugging hard.
But he doesn’t slow. He thrusts faster, flicks to a hurried pace, as though he wants everything I have to give.
My body feels like Jell-O once he stops, a smirk donning his face as he fixes my dress and sits back beside me. He scoops me onto his lap and kisses me slow.
“Mm,” I murmur. “That was nice.”
“Nice? That’s all you’ve got for me?” There’s humor in his voice.
A smile twitches on my lips as I close my eyes and burrow deeper into his chest.
“I’d feck you so hard right now, but I want our wedding night to be special.”
My God, he’s the sweetest man alive. Also the dirtiest. Which is quite the combination.
Wait until I tell Karen about what he just did to me in the limo. She’d be proud. That’s for sure.
Speaking of Karen, I need to call her tomorrow and check on her. Devlin said they invited her to the wedding, but she couldn’t come because her grandma died yesterday.
I didn’t get to talk to her yesterday after classes ended, and now that I’m not at the dorm, I don’t see as much of her as I used to. I talk to her every day, but yesterday, she never texted back. I just thought she was caught up with studying for one of our midterms. Now I feel bad I didn’t know her grandma died.
The limo arrives at Devlin’s building, and he gets out first, coming around to open the door for me. He extends a hand for mine and helps me out, and together, we head inside, taking the elevator up to the top floor.
He removes his keys from his pocket, and something catches in his eyes when he looks at me. Something warm and beautiful.
My heart thuds as he opens the door. And as soon as I see what he’s done, I gasp, emotions clouding my vision. Candles are everywhere, the room bathed in a soft light, rose petals leading from the door and into the house.
“How?” I whisper.
“I asked Rogue to do it.” He chuckles.
“What? Rogue?” I jerk back.
He shrugs. “We made peace. He didn’t mind.”
“I can’t imagine either of you guys doing something like this.” I giggle.
He wraps his arms around me from behind as I stare at how beautiful everything looks.
I quickly turn to him and grin. “Who knew you were so romantic?”
“There are a lot of things I didn’t know about myself. Not until I went and fell in love with you.”
His smile sets my world on fire.
“I love it when you look this happy,” I tell him.
“That’s easy when I have you.”
In an instant, he’s pushing the door to a close with his foot and lifting me up in the air. My legs close around his hips, his hands in my hair while he groans as he drags my lips to meet him.
“I love you,” I breathe, rocking my core against him.
He pulls my head back, kissing up my throat, my jaw. “My God, I’ll never tire of hearing you say that.”
My legs tighten around him.
