“If you don’t stop, I’ll cum before we even get started,” he said.
“I’m about to erupt and you’re taking your sweet time.”
Complying with her needs, he entered her hot slippery cavern. She loved the way he slid into her, the way he filled her. As though on cue, they began moving their hips together. His cock slid in and out of her with each thrust of his hips. She felt the bumps on his member rubbing her vaginal walls, creating such ecstasy that she could hardly contain her cries of pleasure.
Their bodies crashed together as the tempo increased. Soon, they were grunting and moaning, their ecstatic sounds filling the living room. His release came with a loud roar at the same time she screamed, clenching him tightly. They clung to each other, taking pleasure in the rapture, which engulfed them both.
Chapter 20
Although Devin was in high spirits, he was still angry at Troy. Having spent the entire night at Cassie, making love, talking and making love some more, he ran home to shower and change. After work he arranged to meet both Barry and Troy in order to get to solve the mystery of Troy’s actions. He could have taken another approach and confront his friend in aggression, but he promised Cassie he would talk to him civilly. He intended to keep that promise.
He’d asked Barry not to alert Troy about why they were meeting. They were all friends and they met on a regular basis anyway. Although he wasn’t going to gamble, the plan was to meet where this all started – at Jorge’s Underground Casino. Devin had called Jorge earlier to ask him to reserve the place for an hour where there would be no one else around. Therefore, when they arrived, they had the place to themselves.
Devin made drinks for the three of them, having permission from the owner to use the bar. They sat in the same booth they had used the night of the bet. The only difference was that Carter was missing. Devin knew he and Carter could never go back to being friends again, unless he changed his attitude about race. That was left to be seen, because Carter had new friends which he seemed more attached to. Now that he’d moved to London, the rift was even wider between them now.
“So what are we doing tonight?” Troy asked as Devin brought three scotches to the booth.
“Just talking,” Devin answered as he slipped into his seat.
Barry nodded and directed his question and Devin. “I suppose you have some good news, huh?”
“Yeah, tomorrow the board is appointing me as CEO. You know they have to follow protocol even though the position is mine.”
“You made it,” Troy grinned. “I’m proud of you.”
“And Cassie forgave me despite someone trying to rip us apart.”
Troy visibly sighed with relief. “Thank God man. I was worried about the two of you.”
Devin frowned, his eyes flicking to Barry’s, then coming back to look keenly at Troy. “You were worried?” he asked.
“Yeah, you were devastated, acting all crazy. I’ve never seen you like that.”
“Then why did you do it?” Devin pointedly asked. “Why did you send that clip?”
Troy sank back against the back rest, running a hand over his face. “I’m sorry man. I was angry that you called the bet off.”
“Why?”
“My family needed the money. The family business is in deep shit and we need the money.”
Barry drank from his glass and set it down. “What about your trust fund?”
“My brother who was set as guardian, stole my trust fund and is bankrupting the company. I don’t have any money left and his arrogant ass won’t let me work in the company.”
“Why didn’t you say something?” Devin asked.
“I was too ashamed. You didn’t bat an eye losing a billion dollars over a girl. I guess I just lost my mind for a minute. You know, here I was about to live on the streets and you throwing away all that money.”
“Shit, that’s tough,” Barry said.
“So now you can kill me Dev.”
Devin fingered his chin. How could he be mad at Troy when Cassie asked him not to retaliate? Moreover, after working his ass off for the last couple of months he understood what Troy was going through. He’d met with families who worked with his company and came to the realization how some people survived. He intended to improve their work conditions to give them a better existence. He now wanted to help his friend.
“Give me a couple of days and I will see what I can do. In the meantime Troy, you need to apologize to my fiancé.”
“Fiancé?”
