“But the way Coop just kissed you, that man is ready to ravage his wife again.”
“Technically, we haven’t done it as man and wife. I went into labor on our wedding day.”
“Holy shit, Zee. You haven’t consummated your marriage. Do you know you could technically get it annulled?”
“I don’t think I could play the consummation card. They’d be alerted to the fact that we consummated plenty beforehand when they see the kids in the stroller.”
“It doesn’t count if it was before the wedding.”
“Why are we talking about annulling my marriage?”
“What the hell?” Coop must have overhead because he leaves the guys hanging, striding to my side. “What did I just hear? Annulment? What the fuck?”
“Calm down, champ. If you must know…” I lean in to whisper the full details to him without everyone else overhearing. When I’m done, he slides his hands into my hair and kisses me as if his life depends on it.
“We’re remedying that as soon as you’re ready.”
“Could we do other stuff in the meantime? I’m starting to get a craving for Coop attention.”
“Say the word. I’ve been trying to be sensitive to your needs. I’m dying over here. I have straight-up been ready to mount you since the day after we had the boys.”
“I don’t believe that for a second. Me in a hospital bed looking like I’d been in a fight with a Mack truck wasn’t sexy.”
“Babe, I’m rocking a semi right now just thinking about getting you under me again.”
“Maybe we can find some alone time when you get home tonight? Foreplay.”
“Does that mean I’m getting a blowjob?”
“If you play your cards right.”
Coop isn’t one to wait around. “Okay, guys, you’ve seen the babies, let’s call it a day. I need to get my wife home.”
“We don’t have to go yet. Enjoy your time with the team.”
“They’ve met the boys. They’ll see them again soon. Plus, they would totally understand my predicament.”
“You’ve got a one-track mind.”
“Every guy in the world has a one-track mind. Watch.” Oh my God, I know what he’s about to do, and the words are out before I can stop him. “Guys, you don’t mind me skipping out, do you? I haven’t had any action in over a month, and the wife just gave me hope of a BJ. You understand, right?”
“You didn’t just do that!”
“Hell-fucking-yes I did. My balls are blue. It’s a kindness. They have literally been slowing me down today. I’m fit to burst.”
The guys are all laughing their asses off, telling him to get out of here. My face must be redder than a Santa suit right about now. “I’m going to kill you when we get home.”
“As long as your weapon of choice is your lips wrapped around my cock, then I’ll die a happy man.”
Chapter Nineteen
Coop
The boys are two months old today, which means Zee and I have been married for two months. Under normal circumstances, I’d have fucked her seven ways till Sunday every day of our marriage. We’d have had a honeymoon on some private, secluded island where clothes were unnecessary. Instead, I haven’t actually made love to my wife yet.
Since Zee gave me the green light for foreplay, and the twins seem to have become wise to my intentions toward their mother. They’ve become astute cockblockers at every turn. Whenever I get close to undressing Zee or getting a glimpse of her in the shower, one of them starts fussing. I swear they have a sixth sense.
We’ve had one or two moments where we got close, but life is a whole different pace in our house these days. We sped right through dating, moving in, making babies, and getting married. Nothing about our relationship has been conventional, so I guess why start now, right?
