I’ll come.

He’ll come.

And the best part…?

On mornings like these, where we have nothing to do, we just keep going.

Colver Caspian is my savior, my lover, the father of my unborn child.

I trust him with my life.

I always have in a way.

And I always will.

He’s all I’ve ever wanted.

All I’ve ever really needed.

And he’s here. He’s mine.

Colver grunts as he thrusts deeper.

I cry out and smile.

Oh… fuck yes… he’s all mine…

(A NOTE TO THE READER)

Daisy Anabelle Caspian was born at three-thirty-three in the morning on a Saturday.

It came after her father played a game just hours earlier, where he scored two goals and got into a fight.

Abrielle went into labor just after one in the morning.

She woke up and walked to the nursery and just somehow knew this was it.

Colver drove her to the hospital and on the way her water broke all over Colver’s front seat.

Colver made a joke about Abrielle squirting and Abrielle punched him in the arm, then called him an asshole.

She called him an asshole at least two dozen times during labor and while pushing.

When Daisy came out and Colver cut the cord, he started to cry.

He then made everyone in the hospital swear on their lives nobody would say a word.

Shortly after, the entire hockey team showed up to celebrate.

As did Jess, with coffee and baked goods.

It was also the moment when Jess got to meet Michael in person, where the two began to work out a deal where Jess would sell her coffee and baked goods to the corporate office for the hockey team, with the hopes of expanding into selling her stuff in the arena.

That was the favor Colver had in mind for Jess for what she did for Abrielle.

Everyone but Faust held little Daisy.

Dax vowed to hurt anyone who wronged Daisy.
