“This place is wild,” Alex says as he taps the keg and gets it set up.
The sun is shining, and the weather is perfect. He had asked if he could invite some guys from his team, and I readily agreed.
Trev and Alex have become family, and even though I despise the game, it has more to do with my trauma than the players.
“Hey, babe,” Rylee says as she walks over to us, before throwing herself into Trevor's arms. She gives him a beaming smile and he holds her closer.
Leaning down, he kisses her and I smile. Yeah, don't get me wrong, when she first told us that she was dating him too, I wasn't sure how this would all play out, but for the moment, things are good.
And she's never complained about my relationship with Teo.
“Damn, I don't think I will ever get over how you are all dating her,” Alex mutters, moving beside me to grab one of the aprons hanging on the hook.
Giving me a wink, he steals the spatula.
“Rylee has a huge heart. It's big enough to love us all, and I'm okay with that. Anything to keep her happy.”
“Good answer.” Alex smacks me on the shoulder, then reaches down into the cooler, opening up the Tupperware containing the stuffed burgers.
Compared to the other meat, they will take the longest to cook.
“Fuck, I am starving.” Donny appears next to us with a whine and Rylee laughs. Untangling herself from Trevor's arms with a smile, she grabs Don's hand and tugs him into the kitchen.
“I made you a snack,” she tells him, then squeals when he scoops her up and tosses her over his shoulder, giving her ass a smack for good measure.
Trev laughs and walks off to talk to some of his friends. Colt and Teo are over by the pool house, setting up the fire for later.
We've all decided that we are staying the night, and my mom made sure that all the guest rooms, as well as the theater and second den, are set up for people to crash in.
Since leaving rehab, she seems to be doing so much better. She met someone there. A therapist actually, and they have been seeing each other for the last month.
I don't think I have ever seen her smile as much as when she talks about Ken.
My father and her are in the process of a messy divorce, but she doesn't want to discuss that when we talk.
We have family meals with Rylee and the guys, and I even took her out to lunch the other day, just the two of us.
It was what we needed. Going to therapy with her was hard, and it dug up more trauma and nightmares than I was prepared for, but it was essential for us both to move forward.
I want my mom to be happy, healthy, and in my life. When I marry our girl and have kids, I want her there.
“You okay?” Teo asks me, snapping me from my deep thoughts. I didn't even notice he was next to me or that Alex had started the steaks.
I smile and lean into him.
“Yeah, everything is perfect.”
Tonight is the first time I’ve let loose in a long time. Drinks are flowing, the music is good, and I’m feeling fucking amazing.
And maybe a little bit tipsy.
My eyes are closed as I sway my body to the music. Trevor’s hands are on my hips, and I'm grinding my ass against his cock. God, I’m so fucking horny. It’s like I can’t get enough of these guys.
Trevor kisses my neck, sending a shiver down my spine. When I open my eyes, I find Serenity and Alex dancing together nearby, and I snort out a laugh.
“What’s so funny?” Trevor murmurs against my neck with amusement.
“Those two look like they’re ready to fuck.” Alex is practically eating her face. “Get a room,” I shout, and Alex rips his lips off of Serenity. She looks dazed, her eyes lidded and lips swollen.
