“Pretty sure this is the best date I’ve ever been on,” she giggles. Brendan places his hand on his chest as he soaks in her laughter, looking emotional as he swallows hard.

“It’s not that high of a bar to hit when it’s the first of many,” I tell her with a smile as we walk.

Brendan gets control of his emotions as he kisses Líadan’s forehead before taking a sip of his drink. Watching the stone hard killer with a bit of a chocolate mustache makes me happy. Keeping things light is difficult with these two, because it serves to remind them of what they’ve missed out on.

Walking next to Brendan, I tug him into a small copse of trees that hides us from the main trail. I know Líadan will follow, and I push him against a tree trunk.

“You have a little something on your lips,” I say before my lips crash against his.

“I didn’t know our walk had a show too,” Líadan says, continuing to sip her drink. I want Brendan to know that I want him as much as I do her.

They may be a package deal, but they’re both important to me.

Brendan groans as his lips move under mine, slowly opening so I can explore. The cold piercing on his tongue moves over mine, forcing me to suck on it to tease him. My hips grind against his as I feel his hard cock slide against mine. I wasn’t planning on this, though nothing is ever planned with these two.

They’re going to forever keep me on my toes.

“He tastes so fucking good,” I say to Líadan, leaning away with a smirk. “I couldn’t help myself.”

“I want to play together,” she says with a small pout. “I also want the rest of our date though.”

“Then I guess you’re going to have to wait,” I tease her. “Since my cock shows no signs of going down, you may as well tell me what playing means to you.”

Walking back onto the trail as if nothing happened, Brendan takes a deep breath as he fixes his coat so it covers his erection.

“Oops,” I murmur, finishing off my drink.

“I’ll ‘oops’ on your ass,” Brendan grunts. “Fuck, I’m so fucking hard.”

Líadan shrugs as we walk, tossing out her empty cup as we approach a garbage can. Brendan and I throw out our garbage as well, while I lead them to an Italian sandwich shop that I love.

I’m in New York for business pretty often, so I have my favorite places that I enjoy while on the go.

Our feet crunch on the snow that’s beginning to pile up, making me drop my head back to catch snowflakes as they fall.

“You’re enjoying the snow a lot for someone who doesn’t live somewhere that snows,” Líadan teases me. “That big fancy recording label is in Los Angeles, isn’t it?”

“Yeah, it is. I’m not there very often,” I explain. “When I’m not touring with Layla or Lennon, I have a room in Lenny’s house so I can see the babies. Layla was living in her sister’s guest house. We all wanted to stay close by.”

“Sounds co-dependent,” Brendan murmurs. “I can’t say shit about that, though. I am connected at the hip to Lía.”

“Maybe a bit? We’re all busy, so we’re not really on top of each other. I’m still putting out fires for the label even when I’m home too,” I tell them. “Well, that’s what I used to do.”

“So you were on the move a lot,” Líadan says with a nod. “It would be interesting to see so many different places, I’d think.”

“I’m a professional traveler,” I say. “Touring, sometimes you’re in a different city every night. I don’t like to do that to my artists though. It’s exhausting. Instead, I’d find a way to give them breaks along the way. A burned out band isn’t a great idea.”

“Creative minds burn hot, but they need space too,” she murmurs absently. Breathing deeply, she groans as she smells the food from the restaurants as we approach.

“It’s a good thing I’m planning to feed you, Princess,” I say, crossing the street with them. “This is one of my favorite little sandwich shops. It’s too cold to walk and eat, so we’ll find a spot inside.”

Chatting once we have our food, they pepper me with questions about things that I’ve done and seen.

“What was your favorite place that you’ve ever traveled to and why?” Brendan asks as he takes the last bite of his sandwich.

Even though the shop is busy, we found a high top table where we can stand and eat our food.

“I loved Ireland,” I admit. “Dublin treated me very well. I was younger then, and this was before Layla was born possibly? I partied with the band, got into trouble, got us out of trouble, and lived and breathed the music.”
