Finishing my class, they start to skate from the ice as I skate around and collect the cones I was using when I start hearing Jax’s voice and some of the parents talking. I laugh to myself, thinking it’s funny how bombarded he gets by the ladies wooing over him listening to them nonchalantly flirt with him. Married, kids, or not, they do.
I go about my business, opening the door to the rink by the storage area so I can put everything away when the kid’s walkers start smacking against the rink wall causing me to look up at Jax, sliding them across the ice towards me. Collecting them all as he slides his shoes across the ice, and I start putting them away.
Getting them put away I close the closet door and look at Jax “Thank you for that.”
“No problem; What are you doing tonight?”
“Well… I was off, but I was just elected to do club night here.”
“Are you serious?” Asking with his laugh.
“Yeah, Mike asked me during class, he didn’t have anyone, and he didn’t want to cancel it; It’ll be fun.”
“I get to do it my way so I’m blowing it up, wanna hang out while I supervise?” asking him with a mischievous smile.
“I’ll hang out.” He smirks.
So, club night is where we basically turn the skating rink into a club. The music plays, the lights are off besides the bright strobe lights that shine out, anyone can come, but really, it’s for the older kids. It’s a great time, and since I get to decide how it goes, I am most definitely turning the entire rink into bubbles. They have a bubble machine that will cover the ice with bubbles, not allowing you to see the ice, or your feet really. I can’t wait!
As I untie my skates, I look up at Jax, “I have to go home and change first.”
“Why’s that?”
“You never know what might skate onto that ice.” I giggle and his eyes darken with something wild, and his words growl from deep in his throat “Is that right?”
I shrug my shoulder with my laughing reply, “That’s right… you never know.” I chew on my bottom lip with my smile, holding our gaze that seems to only get hotter, and those butterflies in my stomach fly around even faster. “We better get moving I have a lot to do.” I blurt.
Grabbing my bag, we walk out to the parking lot, walking to my car, expecting him to go to his, he walks me to mine and I open my car door before I turn and look up to him, “See you at home.”
He lifts a brow as his words growl, “I know what you’re doing Angel.”
“And what’s that?” asking with my sass and twisted smile.
His hand cups my jaw, before his fingers slide up and entangle in my hair as his hand fists, pulling my head back, “Paying me back for last night?”
I huff my smile, and I give him a quick shrug, “You’re a fucking tease.” I spit.
His grip in my hair tightens and I feel my heartbeat faster as the heat spreads between my legs, his lips now hovering over mine, his knee spreads my legs before he presses it tight against my pulsing entrance, his words come out in a deep primal growl “I want to worship this pussy before I ruin it, Angel.”
My moan slips as my eyes flutter with the shiver cutting my skin like glass.
“And I will, when the time is right.” he whispers against my skin.
I can’t help how I feel in this very moment and how badly I want him, even more so as his knee rubs between my legs creating the perfectly heated friction. His lips dip to the skin on my neck, still holding my head back, he kisses my neck before he nips, dragging my skin between his teeth causing my nipples to twist raging hard.
A kiss to where he just nipped, he pulls back as his hand slides from my hair, taking a step back, holding that dark and wild gaze on me, “See you at home" he shoots me a wink before he turns, and he darts off to his car.
“See fucking tease.” Giggling out, feeling all giddy inside, aroused, excited, most defiantly warm, but also, so cautious.
I’m not only cautious because of the situation we are in. It’s because I don’t want to start something, when I plan on leaving. This town holds a lot of heartbreak for me, and I don’t want to live in it anymore. As much as I love dancing at the club, I would love to stay for that, but everything else, it’s my past.
And now all I can think about is Jax. What the fuck is wrong with me.
I pull into the driveway, Jax not far behind me pulling in as I get out of my car, still trying to adjust with the feeling that this is my home now. Well at least for now.
Dakota yells out my name, pulling my attention to him.
"What Dakota?"
